Dont know about the other reviewer, but I had an excellent experience with them. Repaired a quarter panel on a Chevy Trailblazer and was referred to them through USAA. I used to own a body shop, so I know what to look for and the paint match was dead on. And thats on metallic silver...(If youre a body man, youll understand). The manager, Ed, even interceded when I was having a pricing issue with the rental car company and fixed the problem. When I picked the car up, it was detailed and they did a lot of extras that most shops (including my own) would have charged for. As far as the other review and paint match...Who knows. Auto paint fades and sometimes its impossible to make new paint match old, faded paint. They can tint the paint, but when your car paint fades, it usually fades unevenly and nobody can match paint to that. Simply put, Im a body man and this is the only body shop I will use and recommend them to anyone.

My truck was backed into by an Army fuel truck and incurred nearly $3k in damage. My entire rear end was replaced (minus frame work) within a week and was in perfect condition. I was leaving the state within a week of the accident and the staff worked tirelessly to make sure I had my vehicle for my trip. The customer service and workmanship is amazing and I will definitely return if I ever have to have any body work or major repair done. Thank you guys so much for everything!

One of the best businesses I have used in Colorado Springs in 26 years. Their customer service is incredible. I have had the unfortunate need of a body shop several times lately (2 teenage daughters) and Arthurs has made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. Ed, Mae, and the rest of staff have been great. Took my Dodge Challenger for dent repair caused by someone hitting it in a parking lot. They did a fantastic job taking care of me and my car. The personal were friendly, helpful and I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them. When I picked it up ...it looked beautiful like the day I bought it. Highly recommend Caliber Collision of Falcon.

Ive had two vehicles in to Caliber Collision in the last couple years. They are beyond outstanding. Not only do they provide an exceptional fix to the damage, but the detail cleanup before returning the vehicle is crazy amazing! I dont look forward to getting hit by another driver, but I will definitely be using Caliber Collision for any future work.

Although the service may be great once you can actually make an appointment, i can honestly say they dont care about their customers into that point. I tried 4 different times to schedule an exterior detail for my truck, during the none busy season, and each time they said theyd call me back to set up an official time but never did. Good job guys.
