Just an FYI DO NOT allow anyone that you know to go to R & R Tire and Auto!!! Both of my vehicles are still having the same problems plus many more issues that will cost even more at another shop!! Our Expedition now has a blown engine from having the oil changed and whatever drunk incompetent changed the oil did not put a drop of oil in the car or change the filter!! Our work truck went in for a clutch and oil change and was parked there for 6 days, just to find the truck after 3 weeks it was 3 1/2 quarts low of oil and the clutch is slipping as it wasnt put in correctly. Plus the rotors and brakes were also replaced a couple months ago and after the rotors are grinding now already, I brought it to a shop in town to find out the rotors were NEVER replaced and cant even be turned because they are so worn!! Please warn all your friends and neighbors not to bring your vehicles here!! :( NOW THEY REFUSE SERVICE OR TO MAKE ANY ATTEMPT TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES!!!

Every time the staff said they would call me to let me know info on the repairs they did not and I would end up calling an hour or so later. Also, though they fixed the problem at hand with the cooling system they returned my car with severely degraded oil, oil level low, and 0% oil life from the overheating. Service engine light was also still on when returned, not fun to look at for a 16hr drive home. Repairs were under initial price estimates which I was happy about but took a day and a half longer than expected. Repairs held up fine, though I had to add oil to my car before leaving and got an oil change as soon as I got home.

Great guys in the shop, theyre honest, upfront and they dont cut corners. My van blew up leaving me stranded in town and they let me stay the night in the parking lot while waiting for the parts to come in, they fixed me up the next day and didnt over charge me like most mechanics around here and we even cracked a couple jokes, most mechanics want to over charge you and dont care for small talk! I highly recommend them for any issues! I had to of seen 10-15 customers come in get fixed up and leave that day!

Horrible. The owner is rude and disrespectful, and makes empty promises. Nobody there knows how to a proper oil change, and if your engine blows cause theres not enough oil put back in, they dont own up to the mistake. Please, nobody take their vehicles here ever. Even the tires arent quality ! I would much rather pay extra for better tires, than keep coming here for them to repair a tire that they sold me.

Well Bobby and Dave did the repairs on my dads truck and had a engine put in and found all of the other issues and repaired them, kept my dad updated and all for a reasonable price. If you need your vehicle fixed go to Bobby and Dave at R and R tire forget all the others guys in town theyre lost and dont compare to these guys.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!! This is a tire store that cant put lug nuts on a SUV properly causing tires to fall off while driving. They bought the lug nuts and installed them and all 4 rims had to be replaced! You would think that this would be one of the basic items that a tire store could do??? They cant!!!!!

Theses guys are the only ones that can touch my car. From day one of buying my car they have been there for every thing. From chain linking to both my front tires popping. I was just there for a tune up. The guys are the best in the I70 corridor! All thanks to wild bill and Bobby the head dogs!
