We had a terrible experience with this shop. The SHOP estimate changed 3 different times, by the end of it the SHOPS final estimate to our insurance company totalled our vehicle (which is now being overturned by our insurance because of the amount of nonexistent damage marked) and we had to pay out of pocket $1200 to just get it back. Luckily our insurance is going to give us $700 of it back but their bogus $250 admin fees and $250 shop fee when they insisted we bring the vehicle down and we were looking at 7-14 business days was then quoted to 30-45 business days. One person said if we sent him a referral he could get us a rental car and then the owner Doug said no we couldnt do a rental car because he wasnt making any money on us. The shop owner himself promised to take care of our file and he never returned calls and Mercedes and Heather have the worst customer service skills. Took 15 calls in a week to get a call back to figure out what we needed to do to just get our vehicle back. You also will never hear the same answer twice. Right from the get go each person said something totally different about the rental car they offer, the deductible they offer to not charge you, the time in which they keep your vehicle and then in the end the consumer is out of pocket. READ the fine print always!!! Even though their website says customers never pay out of pocket, buyer beware that you do if they total it! Run far and fast from this company! $50 a day for storage for them to total our vehicle was ridiculous! Now our insurance company is sending a new adjuster out to us to write a new estimate because of all of the errors on the shops estimate. We have already taken it to another local shop who did us a favor to get it in and he was completely shocked to see the final estimate from Pro-Masters that was more than double their initial estimate. Always trust your gut if it seems too good to be true, IT IS! At the end of all of it we paid $500 that we wont receive reimbursement for, a ridiculous estimate to total our vehicle so they could collect $50 a day for it sitting in their overfilled lot mind you they insisted we bring it down when we did, terrible customer service, and NO communication whatsoever! PS If you have to pay for something out of pocket they will only accept cash, cashiers check or an insurance check!!! Who doesnt take a debit or credit card?!?!?!

Horrible! I was recruited by a very nice man and he helped with the process as much as he could. The ladies at the front desk were horrible rude and not very knowledgeable, helpful or customer oriented. The biggest problem I had with them was the amount of time it took for them to fix the car and the extra cost that I incurred by going over the 30 days as my insurance company did not pay for the rental the entire time. The work that I was promised was not done and the new scratches were pretty severe but when I pointed them out the sales person attempted to convince me that they had already been there when my car is brand new and I know for a fact that they were not there. also my insurance company paid for a new hood and I did not receive one and they tried to cover that up! Not good. On the second car my insurance company paid for a new windshield and they missed it all together although they had the car for over 30 days. I found this company to be unprofessional and not truthful and the quality of work was substandard. I will not ever return or recommend services to anyone. I did make them aware of my concerns and they showed disregard for my thoughts or feelings. Also the original quote ended up costing well over quote almost doubled I could not believe it! and my insurance adjuster stated they have had fraudulent activity! Quite shady

I dropped off a vehicle here to get hail damage repaired. They assured me that they would take great care of me and my vehicle and I was very happy with the initial custom service. Fast forward 2 weeks and I still hadnt heard back from Pro Master. Upon several attempts of getting a hold of them, still nothing. Once I did get ahold of them, their receptionist was one of the most unprofessional people Ive ever dealt with. I was guaranteed by her on two separate occasions that my vehicle would be complete on a given date. Fast forward another week, the vehicle is still not complete but this time I get to speak with what sounded like the repair-man, also, very unprofessional. He told me that he would have my vehicle done on 9/1/16 and GUARANTEED that it would be done and that he would call me personally to come pick up the vehicle. Fast forward one more week, and I still do not have my vehicle and I still have not heard from Pro Master.

Promasters came off as being honest and upfront however we had stopped in to get a estimate on a small scratch and barely visible ding..both owners came out seen we had previous hail damage and said "Ill tell you what if you had full coverage on the vehicle when the hail damage happened and we can do the hail claim Ill fix that scratch and dent for free and give you a free rental..2-3 days to fix yah right they winked to the girl when they said give her a free rental go figure they charged the insurance company anyway!!!! 3 1/2 wks later finally get the truck back and the small ding and scratch was still there and they made us pay for a so called 50$deposit because our dachshund had a few hairs in the car and no pets allowed......even though they disrupt your normal life and lie to customers to get the business !I will never recommend anyone as they lie worse than your worst car salesman .

This place is a joke and it sucks because they are one of (at most) three hail repair places here in Pueblo. They had our truck for about two - two and a half months and aside from being charged for stuff they said they did but didnt do to it, like another review stated, good luck getting the same answer twice. Paint is chipping and/or chipped in places it wasnt when taken in and they even managed to rip the interior on the drivers side door. Idk the name of the guy that said he could get us a discount on a paint job because of the chips but he couldnt be bothered to return phone calls. Two months after getting it back, I was reminded about getting paid for a referral and Im getting the runaround on that now. I would not recommend them for anything about cars.

I had my car stolen, trashed, and then recovered by the Police recently and from the get-go, Pro-Masters was amazing!!! They offered to help fix my car, were honest about their appraisal and once my car was deemed totaled, they helped me navigate the extremely tedious and arduous insurance process. After that, Pro-Masters asked what kind of car I was interested in purchasing to replace my previous one, they found me my dream car, helped me get an AMAZING rate through a local financier, and got me into my new vehicle. Ive had it a few days now and have put almost 150 miles on it with absolutely no surprises or problems. THANK YOU PRO-MASTERS!!!
