The Neenah Bergstrom Body Shop completely amazed me. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot I knew this was going to be a good experience. Jack quickly came out to my car and took a look. While he was doing that my children went and played in the kids area (which was very clean) and the cookies were delicious! They had my car fixed in a timely manner and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Overall a great experience. I will definitely recommend the Neenah Body Shop to my friends and family.

We have used Beegstrom auto body twice I. The past year. I believe the expression fool me once shame on you, fool me twice.... Applies. Each time our vehicles have been fixed something "miraculously " has happened to our vehicle outside of the reason its been there to be fixed (technician error) and they try to put it through the insurance to cover it. They dont stand by their technicians or work and are rude. We will no longer utilize their auto body shop
