Took my Cadillac which I bought new at Wilcoxson there to fix a squeak in left front. Was told by mechanic problem was the car needed new struts at a cost of $2000. I told him I would put up with the squeak. They charged me $20 for the repair estimate and I left. I then proceeded to a small town discount tire store that also did limited mechanical work. The young fellow who looked at the car decided almost immediately that a bearing in an arm needed replaced. I had them replace the bearing and the problem was fixed. I emailed Wilcoxson but they did not reply to my complaint. Needless to say that was my last visit to that dealership and I would advise all to stay away from this place. After posting this complaint the GM for Wilcoxson contacted me and is trying hard to correct this problem. I think he was sincere.

Wow, did these guys save my Christmas skiing trip. We were traveling from Houston, TX to Beaver Creek, CO when a light came on our car. After talking with On Star, they told us that we needed to pull over asap. On Star talked with AJ Ager of Wilcoxson Buick Cadillac GMC, and they had the answer. AJ encouraged us to bring the car in, as he had the solution. On his lot, he had a Yukon for sale. He allowed us to use the Yukon and continue on our trip. The dealership fixed our car while we were away, and we traded cars again on the way home. From my family to AJ and the rest of the dealership, thank you for going above and beyond to help us out.

I normally do not write reviews, but in this instance, I believe that recognizing excellence in customer service allows potential and returning customers a chance to see the kind of treatment to be expected. Justin DeLaFuente assisted me by providing the information I needed to make a decision based on my needs. He did this with patience and kindness. He was extremely knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or pressured. Justin DeLaFuentes dedication to customer service went above and beyond. Thank you Mr. DeLaFuente for making my search for the perfect car enjoyable.

I Just got off the phone with Rose and want to comment on her excellent customer service, she is VERY knowlegable, and a joy to talk with. My situation is a little diffrent and Rose went above and beyond to answer my questions. I was very happy to hear about all the options available to me. When I got off the phone I know I would be buy my vehicle at Wilcoxon... Rose thank you so very much for all you help...(I have called and visited other dealerships in the area and not one compaires to what Wilcoxon has to offer both in auto selecton or awesome employees).

I cant say enough about the service we have received from this place!!!!! After a very long search we finally found the truck we wanted and everyone from the service center to the GM and sales reps have been nothing but absolutely wonderful!!! My wife and I where at Wilcoxson after they closed. Tom cabello came out and spoke with us. He was in the middle of closing his last deal of the day. He took the time to greet us even though he was busy. Tom gave us his business card and invited us to come back in the morning. Needless to say we ended up purchasing our 2015 GMC Sierra. We Are pleased with the quality of service we received. We will be sure to return if we have other car needs in the future.

My husband Louis and I bought our vehicle, a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander at Wilcoxson. Our salesman, Tom Cabello, was excellent. He was courteous and very respectful as all the saff was. Tom has continually checked with us to make sure we are happy with our vehicle and that there are no problems. We would definitely buy another vehicle with Wilcoxson and Tom when the time comes, and would give the highest recommendation.

Justin de la fuente, assisted my parents in their purchase of a used buick. their trade in was not the most reliable car. Mr de la fuente helped them get the right vehicle for their budget and needs. he was extremely helpful and compassionate. my mother has a variety of health issues and couldnt make all the needed trips to finalize the sale. I would highly recommend Mr. de la fuente again if the neede arises.
