Absolutely impressive work is being done at Trans. This is my first time to Trans but not my first time in a body shop. This shop is the best without exception. Here are the things that Trans Auto Body did that no other body shop has been able to do: 1.) Set an appointment time and keep it. 2.) Provide an amount of time for the work to be completed and hit the mark. 3.) Provide an accurate, fair estimate. 4.) Have the estimate be the final price. 5.) Communicate clearly via email and or phone providing me updates before I asked. 6.) Did not miss anything at all. 7.) Will not need to return the car to the shop for something missed. Of those 7 points above, none of the 5 previous body shops that I have used in my life nailed all of them. The shops that I used in the past were car dealer shops, local independent and national franchise. Moat actually hit none of the 7 points. But what about the work? Trans provided the best Ive seen. I had to have the hood, a fender, a quarter panel, roof, trim work and window replaced. I had to have two doors and a hatch fixed. The car is as smooth as from the showroom floor and the paint is flawlessly blended into the existing paint. It is impossible to see where the work was done. Blending is hard and its also hard to keep the waves out of the paint when doing so. This shop did it. Only one shop in my life had been comparable in skill. Body work and painting is a skill. A couple of things to note. The shop isnt like the national franchises with customer seating, espresso machines and a receptionist. Its a pure body shop that isnt pleasing to the eye. But what I noticed first was the amount of cars out front which could be an indicator of good work. The second thing was talking with Huu for the estimate. He looked the car over and talked me through every part identifying what would need replacement and what he could do. He climbed all over the car with great detail and very seasoned explanation. Within a few minutes, I had a quote. So my thoughts were that a) this guy is really experienced and all the cars shows that hes good or b) this guy is going to rip me off and these stacked up cars are a witness. I trusted my gut, Yelp! and Google and went with him. It was a great decision. The bottom line is that Trans Auto Body does good honest work. The people are clearly invested in the business. The body guys, paint guys and finishers are talented. Do not hesitate to use Trans Auto Body.

It is hard finding an auto body shop where the service is reliable, the shop owner is honest and up front and you dont feel like youre getting cheated. There are always instances where Ive walked out of a shop and just immediately feel buyers remorse and wonder if I didnt just overpay for the service I got. On the surface, everything always seems to look great and later on, you start finding disparities in the quality of the work that was done on your car. I am always happy with the work Ive had done on my car at Trans Auto Body. The owner is easy to talk to, honest and doesnt run you around in circles. He tells you what you need done and commits to his deadlines. He even points out flaws in the craftsmanship of previous shops and work you might have had done to your car. They have a good eye for quality! Any time any one I know needs service, I send them here and they become repeat customers as well. This is a great business - they will work with you and your insurance company and get your car back to you in top shape.

I find it very difficult to find an honest and reliable body shop who emphasizes on customer service in the DFW area. Having going through several auto body repairs to my own car as well as having a history of helping clients fix their vehicles through the insurance auto claims process, I was relieved to have stumbled upon Trans Auto Body. The owner focuses on great service as jobs are completed as promised in a very timely manner and you can tell they take pride in their work upon picking up your car. Hugh is very knowledgeable, helpful & informative, and will take the time to explain everything to you, which is great for people like me, who show up barely knowing where to find their cars hood release is located. So rest assured, your car will be in the best hands if you bring it here as I highly recommend it.

I love this place. From the moment I called, I knew it was the auto body shop for me. The others I call seemed so hesitant to fix my car. When I told them the name of the insurance co. that the other person had which hit my car they were like no thank you... we have worked with them before and we dont want to do it again. I felt lost. So I prayed. Went to google and saw the reviews. When I called and let them know of the insurance company handling the cost... they knew the insurance co. was bad but they didnt care they only cared about helping me. The people who works at Trans are so kind and the work was amazing. Now I am a woman getting this all done by myself and never felt uncomfortable with the team they have working there. A+!!!!! Go with these guys!

Had a complete done on my 95 Nissan 240SX SE after a front end accident with the factory champaign gold which is really hard color to work with. Great work! Huu, Derrick and their crew are really nice guys. Huu goes out of his way and is patient to answer your questions and listen to your concerns. Great prices and understands people being picky and if you do have issues they will make it better. He is honest and even stayed late when my car wouldnt start. Even let me borrow his car to go get oil! Its not as formal as other places but is more personable. Specializes in imports but will work on anything. I wish I could attach pictures here but I dont mind emailing them.

If I say I have been going to Trans Auto Body for years, is it indicative of my driving skills?!? LOL. Dont say yes! My latest repair was because the motor for my window wasnt working and they had it fixed in a flash. Yeah for the ability of rolling up and down windows and not having to open my doors for the drive up ATMs or Fast Food Drive-Thru :) Nevertheless, whenever someone is looking for a auto body shop for fixing damages small or large, I always recommend Trans Auto Body because of the great service and their high attention to detail. When they work on your car, they treat it like its their own. So drive on over to Trans Auto Body, your car and wallet will thank you.

Sent my Mother to Hieu after her Rav4 was rear ended and my local mechanic (Also Hieu, from MP Auto) had recommended him. I spoke on the phone with him before she showed up and he walked me through his process. Shes pretty vehicle inept and I wasnt going to be around to check the work done, but it didnt stop him from completing a 100% thorough and professional job. They even looked diligently for places to save me money without sacrificing quality. Kudos to Trans Auto Body for honesty and integrity in their work. I really cant imagine anyone being able to do a better job; Pretty evident if you look at their ratings all over the web.
