Extremely pleased with AMS! Last week we had some work done on our brand new Subaru Forester. We had a couple small scratches on the rear bumper. I very concerned because its brand new and didnt think it would ever look the same. We had gone to two other places in town for estimates and each place told us it would be a big job and it was possible it would not blend 100% unless we had the entire bumper redone. Even then, though, the whole bumper may be a slightly different shade. We decided to go with AMS because Al seemed very confident it would look fine. I was shocked!! You cannot even tell anything happened! It looks brand new, blended perfectly and I am extremely pleased with how it turned out. I would have noticed even the slightest thing off, but it was done perfectly. And this was the most reasonable price around town. I will never second guess AMS if I ever need body work done in the future.

RATING IS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT ACTUAL AUTO WORK. This was the third shop I visited (to get a feel for who I felt comfortable leaving my car with to get fixed) and when I stepped into the office, it was dusty, and very unorganized (would not have felt comfortable leaving my insurance paperwork here). After a five minute wait, I was greeted by a man who I presumed to be the owner, and without looking at my paperwork or my car, he gave me a rushed estimate of when I could bring my car in, which was about January. Not sure if I went on a bad day, but I wasnt fond of the customer service or the unorganized dusty office.

We have used AMS for both our cars and have been so thankful. They were able to fit us in both times quickly and did an excellent job. We couldnt even till where the dents had been before. Not only that but they are well priced on their quotes and helpful. We even called in about us buying a hail damaged car and they told us not to. They even looked up the car and priced it out just to make sure we didnt get ourselves into a mess. We are so thankful for AMS and wish they had a location where we just moved to.

I went here since I dont know any shops in CO Springs. Went to the nissan dealer and they told me they used AMS Auto for over 10 yrs or something like that. So I figured..well they trust him. I had my bumper and front right door repainted through these guys, awesome job. They even had the car detailed when I was coming to pick it up. The Guy in charge is awesome, and I trust him for sure...I just had some more damage on my car and took it straigth to them, using my USAA Insurance.

Excellent work and done sooner than I thought it would be. The car is a BMW and the front end was wiped out. You would never know it now! Thanks Al, the little 325 looks good as new!!!!
