I had a horrible experience!! I have been to this shop a couple of times. I was referred to them by USAA. They are under new management now and I would not refer them to anyone!! The service was horrible. I got off emergency leave got my car back after they had it for over a week. I brought it in before I went on emergency leave and the mechanic test drove it and told me the problem was my hub was going out in the back. I told them that I heard the noise coming from the back also. I get my car back on June 4 the day after my emergency leave and they said that the problem was fixed and they changed my hub. I said ok. I get in my car and get on the highway and the same problem is there. I call the shop and let them know. First they ask me if I told the mechaninc that it was coming from the back like im the proffessional. Then they told me since the mechanic detected the noise coming from the front that is what they fixed and in order to get my car fixed I could bring it back in and I would have to pay for them to fix the back hub. I have never been so upset. So basically they took my money did not fix the problem and im just screwed out of my money. I had to go spend another 500 to get my car fixed somewhere else. I would never recommend them to anyone else EVER. I have called USAA and also let them know so that they do not refer no one else to them. It is obvious they do not care about customer satisfaction only customer money!!!!

Had a dented rear quarter panel and cracked bumper on my 05 GMC Envoy that the insurance was fixing. Abra got me in very quickly to repair it. They first told me it was a 5 day repair, but I was surprised when they called me at the end of day 3 to tell me it was done. The work was perfect, you could never tell there was any damage. Customer service and communication was great. I was very impressed and would recommend this body shop.

Absolutely the best customer service and auto repair in Colorado! Kept me updated through the entire repair, including reporting additional repairs I had missed to my insurance so that they were covered as well! Let me drop off the rental vehicle there when I went to get my truck. Detailed my entire truck for free!!! And they were exceptionally friendly to boot! Ill never use any other repair shop!

Truck was brought here through our insurance it was fine at first and now has been an nightmare. Cant even comment on the actual work they did because we havent been able to see our truck. A ten day project turned into a month and thats with them delaying pickup now three times. I wish we had a better experience but they seem no way in a hurry to get our vehicle back to us.
