Do not take your vehicle here. Boyfriends truck broke down near here and he pushed it into the parking lot, so decided to use this shop, right next to truck. The fuel pump needed replaced. When BF picked up truck, the transmission, which drove great and smooth before was terrible and the truck unreliable to drive. THEY DAMAGED THE TRANSMISSION WHEN PUTTING IT ON THE LIFT. The transmission now drives rough, the vehicle can die in traffic. It is not really drivable. We noticed upon picking it up that the back bumper had freshly transferred black paint scrapings on it--it looked as though they had backed into something with it. Also, two wheel bolts were completely sheared off--this was clean and new and no dirt on it at all--not sheared prior to taking it there. And NOT SAFE to drive with the bolts sheared off. I called, and the owner Glen, who apparently worked on the truck, refused to take responsibility despite the requirement that mechanics have insurance to cover their mistakes. Additionally, we took it to another (master) mechanic, who looked at it and confirmed that they had damaged the tranny, that this is a typical rookie mistake that when a truck has a lift kit on it, they have to attach it a particular way to the lift. They made that rookie mistake and damaged the transmission, now beyond adequate repair. We were told that it would be better to buy a rebuilt tranny or a new one and replace it completely--as we all know, this is a very expensive repair. My BF was in prison much of his adult life and is now very fortunate to have a chance at a decent career as an electricians apprentice, across town, for which he needs a reliable truck. He has stayed clean and has been learning to pay bills and have a good, non-criminal life. He is doing everything right. He got ripped off on his first truck, which was not reliable and had to borrow money to get this second truck, which was difficult to afford. But again, required for this incredible career opportunity. We paid $900 for the fuel pump repair--that he borrowed more money for, and the shop destroyed his truck altogether. They completely eliminated his ability to get to work and are impacting his ability to have a life and career by taking almost a grand for a repair and not taking responsibility for the damage they did to his truck. This is not okay. He now owes almost $4,000 for the repair and a truck that this shop made unusable.

I love to write positive reviews and I just cannot help but write one this time. I had one shop diagnose a bad tie-rod end and I chose not to fix it with them because I was suspicious of some of their previous diagnoses. When I went into that first shop my air was cooling well but when I left not at all (they denied responsibility). So I took my vehicle to to another shop thinking I would get an honest answer. Sadly that is not what happened. First, they kept my vehicle overnight without letting me know they needed to do so despite my voice mails trying to find out its status. When I got a hold of that clinic, in the morning, I was told not only was one tie-rod bad but both were bad and the problem with my air conditioner was a bad compressor. I did not want to spend the money it would have cost on such an old truck so I went and picked it up. Later, I took the truck to another shop a friend recommended. That shop was C.A.R.S Complete Automotive and they had it for a couple of hours after my appointment and then called me. The first thing the mechanic did was to ask me "why I wanted to replace my tie-rod ends?" I was told and later shown that they were in really good condition. So then I asked about my air conditioner (I had not told them that the other shop had told me my compressor was bad) and he said yes, "we did a leak test and no leaks." He went on to say "we added a pound of Freon and we are monitoring just to be sure." The end result was that I spent less than a hundred bucks when the other shop had told me I needed t a heck of a lot more work. C.A.R.S staff is wonderful and despite my telling them I needed something repaired they did not take advantage of me. I dont about you but that is the kind of shop I want to do business with! P.S. My air is cooling almost 30 degrees below ambient room temperature so I think C.A.R.S had it right!!!

After seeing the first review on Google, I have to admit I was hesitant to call Cars Complete. However, I was looking for a specific tire, and having trouble finding it. I called and spoke to John, who seemed very friendly and eager to gain my business. Even though the tires were not in stock at the time, John had them delivered and installed on my car the same day. When brought my car in, I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. While waiting, I even had the opportunity to listen in while one of the guys attempted to help a very difficult customer who spoke very broken English. I was very impressed at how patient, nice, and helpful the employee was when dealing with this customer. After the work was done (within the quoted time), I asked them to take a look at my control arm bushings, since I had just been told by another shop that they were bad and needed to be replaced. The guys had the perfect opportunity to do work on my car that wasnt really needed. But instead they came back, and told me that the bushings were just fine, and there was no need to be concerned. That level of honesty is simply unmatched in the world of automotive repair. After a week of driving, we had a snow storm. The tires I purchased preformed HORRIBLY. (not the fault of the shop, as I said before I had already decided what tire I wanted before I came in) I just called the guys at Cars Complete, and even after driving on them for a week, they are going to let me trade them in, with me paying only the difference in cost between the two tires!!!! Im not sure what happened with the other reviewer, but I can tell you that quality customer service is absolutely a high priority at Cars Complete Automotive, and I fully recommend them.

**Horrible** Anywhere but here would be an improvement. The service was SUPER SLOW and LOUSY. I attempted to take my car here three seperate times. The first time they said they dont make appointments for weekdays. I thought this was super odd and repeated it to whoever was on the phone and repeated it back to me. Then told me to come in on Saturday as it was first-come-first-served on Saturdays. So I woke up early on Saturday and took my car down, walk into the lobby and proceed to set up an appt, The worker told me "No, we are too busy today, cant get to it. Do you want to make an appt"!! WTF I tried to make one earlier and they told me no. And if it was first come first serve then why cant you get to it being that I was there at 8AM. Still willing to give them a shot went ahead and made the appt for the following week. When I arrived for the Appt they still werent ready. Whats the reason for making an appt if your not ready for your customers. What should have taken 20 mins tops took 2 hours. Not to mention when I got my car back there were greese stains all over the carpet and steering wheel!!! I cant get these out!! Never, Never, Never again will I come to this unprofessional, slow, dumpy repair shop. I caution everybody even thinking about coming here to think twice. Its not worth it, especially when there are litterly hundereds of other shops that can do the same exact thing they do and do it much much better.
