DO NOT GO TO MR BODY SHOP!!!! They will communicate with your insurance and take every last dollar that you get even if it doesnt cost that much. They got paid almost $6000 from my insurance to do a collision repair that took a month to finish when he estimated to 2 weeks. If you ask for an estimate he wont give you one he will just tell you to look at your insurance estimate. AND on top of that the work that they did on my car was the shittiest workmanship i have ever seen. One of the headlights doesnt work, there is a new crack in my windshield that wasnt there when i dropped off, the hood has a giant gap in it that SHOULD NOT be there. There is a part in the engine that is completely loose due to a missing bolt,missing clips, a run in the paint, and that is all i have seen so far. Who knows what else i will come to find. And on top of all of that they lost my front license plate. They more then likely thought they could pull one over on a young girl like myself but they thought wrong. Do not go to mr body shop.

If anyone is reading this review in order to find the best shop to take their car, look no further; Mister Body Shop is the place to go. I just picked up my car from Mister Body Shop after having over $7000 in hail damaged repaired. My car looks amazing...like brand new again! Im very please with the repair and even more so impressed with the service that Mister Body Shop provided. Ivan went out of his way to get my vehicle in on my schedule although there was a minimum 4 month wait in other local repair shops. We had some hiccups with my insurance company due to their (USAAs) negligence and Ivan made sure to work with the insurance company to fix the concerns as well as to get the vehicle finished in the prescribed window that USAA had approved for a rental car. I have made a life long friend in Ivan and feel like hes part of the family. I know where I will refer anyone else to who may have body work necessities in and around Colorado Springs.

Wow! What an amazing place to find! Upon my first conversations with this shop I knew this was a place that was going to take care of me as their customer. Through my whole experience with them there werent any hoops I had to jump through or games being played. They went to work immediately and did a FANTASTIC job on replacing my hood and catching all of the ins and outs that the replacement required. They made me feel like a priority. I honestly cant express the blessing this shop was to me and I will be referring everyone I know to Mister Body Shop.

My Audi S3 was forced upon a 8in curb due to an accident. The next day, Mr.Body shop gladly took my car in and got to work. With Their professionalness and their attention to detail, my car was road worthy soon there after. I have absolutely zero complaints about the craftsmanship of work or the quality of person Mr. Body Shop employs. Family owned and operated is always the way to go and this body shop stands as a testiment. Hopefully I wont have to take my car to the shop again but if I do, Ill most defiantly be coming back here.

Very friendly staff here. The owner of the place really knows how to keep his customers happy and occupied. I had to wait for an estimate which took a little while given that I came at a very busy time. I also didnt make an appointment but he still took his time to give me an estimate at the end of the day. He was good company too! Waiting to go back to get my car all fixed up. Parking wasnt very good as there are alot of other auto shops occupying the same space. They will find you a spot eventually but it might be by the street

So the height of colorados crazy bipolar weather, hail storm to windstorm- my 2005 lancer evolution was hit by debris from the windstorm I dropped my car off and they squeezed me in , Im attached to my car so I was a bit of a headache calling way more than I should have so I could have , they found some more poor body work by the previous shop ,and they fixed it for free , car looks better than how it looked before , so pretty , I have no issues what so ever , Ivan and his entire team are excellent in what they do.

Ivan and his family took very good care of me. I had 2 incidents with my car. One was going to be an out of pocket expense and the other was covered under insurance. Ivan worked with me for the out of pocket expense and handled my other issue with my insurance. They really know how to treat customers. I love how family oriented they are there. And hands down, Mister Body shop does the best work! No flaws on my car! It was a hassle free experience. They will definitely be my "go-to" shop!!

Best body shop ever!!! My mamas car was in the hail storm on July 28th. My insurance totaled it and said there was no way it can be repaired. I had to get it repaired it was my mamas car and she passed away last April. I started calling body shops and Ivan was very sure he could fix it. I put my trust In him and he delivered big time. I cant thank Ivan and his crew enough for saving my mamas car. I know shes smiling in heaven

This auto body shop is a smaller one found local in Colorado Springs. These are the type of people who work for their money and take the extra step to make sure that you are accommodated, the owner of the store took care of me personally and made the process hassle free and was certain of himself and his employees. Also newer in town so it meant short wait times for your vehicle!

Ivan , the owner, did the work on our truck when it was in an accident. He did an AWESOME job!! He did what he said he was going to do in a reasonable time and price! They did a outstanding job on the hail damage my Hyundai Santa Fe. The paint was matched perfectly, you could not tell it ever had any damages on it. I would highly recommend this body shop, they made my car look like the day I bought it. Reasonable prices, excellent results!
