I took my Honda there to have a simple brake job. $800 later I hoped I would be taken care of. 2 weeks later the brake rotors warped so bad it wasnt drivable. When I took it in, they said that it wasnt there fault and wanted $1000 to troubleshoot, and called me a liar and told me I was a thief for trying to take the car back on thier warranty. I took it to Elite in Colorado Springs. It cost me $1200 to fix thier $800 brake job. It turns out they pressed the rotors onto the hubs wrong and consequently destroyed the hubs. i took my car there because of all the positive reviews, but I definately did not get that level of integrity or service. Id recommend staying away, far away.

I have never had such a pleasant experience! Castro took the time to explain everything with me and help me understand why it is important to maintain my Jeep. I spent 5 times what I thought I would spend, and I feel great about it. I know that sounds silly, but I had no idea that my Jeep required scheduled maintenance, or even why. No one has ever taken the time to explain it to me. My sister will be calling for an appointment, and I will tell everyone I know about your excellent service and tremendous customer care.

Ive been to this shop twice now and both experiences have been absolutely amazing. The mechanics are great and definitely know what they are doing. They also take the time to make sure you understand whats going on with your car, why its happening, and what can most likely happen if not fixed. Ive never felt like they were trying to rip me off which is huge for me since thats how I feel with most mechanics. 5 stars all the way and I will always recommend these guys to anyone I know with car troubles

I have lived here for two years and I could not be happier that I found these guys. This is one of only a few auto repair shops I have found over the last 35+ years that I trust. Charlie and his team are honest and fair. Try these guys and I would bet you will not go anywhere else.
