Less than stellar. 10 months ago Caliber Collision replaced the Passenger side fender and door on my Jetta along with some other work. When I picked up the car the gaps were quite different from one side of the car to the other between body panels and while they did take all of maybe 30 minutes to adjust slightly better they were still noticeably different. I was told it was due to the parts that they received (Door and Fender) and not in so many words you get what you get. I was not happy but my insurance company didnt really offer any help so I begrudgingly let it lie. Last week I was showing the car to a prospective buyer and the passenger side door, exterior handle was not functioning. The following day I took the car to caliber and they spend all of about 20 minutes on it. It did function but not they admitted they did not take any corrective action. I was told that they checked it out and everything was there and connected the way it was supposed to be. Not sure how they had time to determine that. predictably the problem happened again only hours later, Caliber was already closed. It was Friday and I was supposed to be handing the car over the following day. As I needed to sell the car I made an appointment at a Volkswagen dealership for Monday and ended up having to spend nearly $200 and a day of work on the repair of a cable and replacement of the handle assembly. Both of which should likely have been done with the original accident repair. No way to prove Calibers negligence and I did not have time to keep taking it back to them to insist on it getting done right. Also, while the representative that was responsible for my case has a good customer service appearance, I get the distinct feeling this place in general wants to take the shortest route possible to getting paid. I get that feeling like I just left a used car lot with some slimy used car salesman trying to swindle me.

Ive had better experiences with other auto body shops. Used this shop only because of my auto insurance. By using insurance selected auto body shops, I get lifetime warranty. I think over all this shop is OK. Workers are very nice and I like weekly updates about the process. However they are not paying attention to customer requests and not paying attention to the parts being installed/used for repairs. Why install wrong parts? It only delays the repair time. Plus no one wants to pick-up their car, just to bring it back so it can be finished. It seems that they are in the rush to get the cars out. Well, repair it properly the 1st time. Make sure that parts are installed correctly and working properly. Then call the customer for pick-up. Or maybe my car was too complicated for this body shop. I want my car to look good. So I know Ill need to spend some time to make some adjustments/correct fitments/etc. Nothing major. :) However I dont think Ill be coming back, unless its warranty related issue.

Dont waste your time with Caliber Autobody. Rude staff, I waited for 5min before the employees (who were talking with each other) acknowledged I walked in the door. Then they told me that even if I wanted to pay cash for small repair, I would have to go to Centennial location due to my having Allstate Ins. I felt like an inconvenience to them. Went to Service King Collision of Parker...a great experience and they ARE getting my money!

This shop agreed on a price then kept my car for two days with out touching a single thing then when I stoped by to get an update they informed me that they were not going to do the work for the agreed price of 3,500.00 that they were getting from me and my insurance and they were continuing to bill my insurance for any additional problems cheap shop antics are all to be found at this shop

Took them 2 weeks to even took at my car which is fine I understand businesses get busy. After arriving I met Michael Allen service advisor as we walked around my 04 MINI, the car is 12 years old and needs new paint. He quoted me $9k to paint a MINI Cooper then automatically turned me away Bc he thought I wasnt good for the money....shity way to do business

I have taken several vehicles to this location. The staff is beyond amazing! So friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are always on top of what is going on and get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. They have the best customer service!! The shop itself is very clean and welcoming. Quicker than expected turnaround time, which is unheard of from any auto shop. Car looks great. Customer service was outstanding...Jerry called me about every day to every other day with updated status of the vehicle. Never had that kind of professional service from an auto body shop before.
