I took my car here, expressed my desire to have the car repaired to the quality of the original manufacturer since its a brand new car, and instead got the worst hassle and am left with a car that has had OBVIOUS body repair work on something that shouldve been a simple enough repair according to them. Not only did it take them over a month and a half and 2-4 tries on many of the mistakes they made to get it right, but it still isnt right. No one at Airport, including Rick the owner, seems to claim responsibility for their workmanship, and can only give reassurances that there is a lifetime warranty on the crappy work in the first place. Not to mention the additional damage under their watch on other areas of the car, like getting clear coat smudged on black trim piece, leaving obvious match up marks on the bumper trim, and peeling decal stickers. That was the best I could get out of them. At least the paint isnt splotchy anymore, at least the decals are STRAIGHT now, and at least some of the more obvious drip/clumps are gone. Still, not what I expected when I said fix it back to the way it looked when it was new, since it is a new car. I finally gave up trying to get them to do the job right and will attempt to follow up with my insurance company via an attorney and the dealership to resolve this since Airport Autobody is obviously NOT capable of doing the work right in the first place and not a stand-up company willing to admit their mistakes. Happy body-shop hunting! Try your dealership, thats what my attorney and insurance agent said I shouldve done in the first place.

Wow, these guys are the best. In the past, ive used other body shops in Hartford where you can tell where the tech took short cuts and can see where the paint didnt match or the tech did not put a clip or bolt back. I just picked my car up and wow, you would never think that it was in a collision. Paint matches to the T. My car has a pearl paint color and it is a harder color to match. you would never think that my fender and bumper have been repainted. Every single bolt and clip that was taken out is back in its place and all the body lines and gaps are uniform. The employees were all a pleasure to work with. They were all professional and helpful. I didnt have to deal with my insurance and they made sure that only OEM parts were used in my car. As a plus, there was a goody bag left on my passenger set upon pickup of my car. I would recommend this body shop in a heart beat! Airport Auto body has guaranteed my future business with them in the event that I ever need body work again.

POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE! I had my car repaired by this body shop, per a recommendation by my Travelers Insurance agent. Part of the repairs included fixing the alignment of my vehicle, which they failed to take care of, and after inspecting the vehicle, noticed they severely damaged one of my tires. When confronted with this, they denied damaging my car, essentially calling me a liar, and accused me of causing the damage. In all my years of dealing with auto body shops, I have never had such a terrible experience as this, and would recommend anyone interested in using Airport Auto Body, to seek repair from a more reputable and honest body shop. They are a mom and pop, hole-in-the-wall shop, and not nearly as clean or professional as a number of the other auto body shop chains out there; this alone should be enough to keep you away from them, let alone the risk you take in them damaging your vehicle and then their blaming it on you.

My brand-new 2016 Toyota Avalon looks brand new again thanks to Airport Auto Body! They performed over and above my expectations. Their auto body shop is clean and customer-friendly, and everyone who works there was extremely helpful and professional. When my husband and I dropped it off before they were open for business, we were met by a professional employee who took care of our needs immediately. When I got my car back, it was spotless inside and out! I was very satisfied with their workmanship. I hope I never have to see them again, but if I do, I will definitely be going back to Airport Auto Body.

They advertise on their website they repaint classic cars so I took my Lincoln here to be repainted . The owner refused to do the work he claims the trim they need to take off will break even through I told alex I had replacement parts and was able to get most anything for the car. The car is nice overall just needs to be freshened up doesnt need body work . Honestly I dont think they wanted to do business with me as a person I felt a hint of prejudice when I went over there . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE or maybe they may help you if they like you or feel your car is worth it"

I recently brought my Miata for the third time to these guys again for my third unfortunate incident. They were recommended my by insurance agent and have done a FANTASTIC job each time!!! Beautiful, lasting work, reasonable out-of-pocket cost and quick turnaround. I drive 25 miles to bring my car here and its always worth it. Everyone who works there is an absoulte gem (especially Brent) and Im always so happy to see how beautiful my baby is when I come to pick it up. You wont be disappointed!!!

I was told they could not repair the door of my car instead they asked for 1,000 dollars to replace it plus they asked 50 bucks an hour for the labor and 5 days in the shop. I went to another body shop they REPAIRED it for 600 dollars and it was done in 2 days. They are incredibly misleading they clearly are simply trying to make a buck. Go to other shops before considering this one. I also had asked for a replacement splash guard and they wanted another $800! For a splash guard! Ridiculous.

This is the second time Ive had to repair my car. I dont like having my car run into. But I love knowing that I have a reliable, honest, efficient, responsive repair shop such as Airport Auto Body when I do need repairs. Their work is top notch. They complete the work quickly. And they go out of their way to work with the customer and the insurance companies. The insurance damage appraiser even told me Airport Auto Body is one of their preferred repair shops for their claim repairs.

We had only had our new car 10 weeks when someone backed into it in a parking lot. When Airport Auto Body returned our car it looked as new as the day we bought it! Alex called us during the process to keep us updated on the progress, and finished when they said they would. They were friendly and even buffed out a couple of minor scratches that were not related to the work we asked for. I will be keeping their phone number in my contacts!!!

Over charged for painting, didnt call to let me know it was done and ready to be picked up. Was estimated 350, ended up paying 530. Was informed afterwards by another shop down the street that I was working with for a different part of my car that they should have only charged me 350-400. Awful customer service and take advantage of customers. The paint job done by the men in the shop however was well done.
