My insurance company USAA is awesome , but they should be ashamed of themselves to recommend Abra auto body to their customers. USAA should sever their business partnership with Abra immediately. (Im calling USAA again to let them know this).. They do poor quality work at this Abra (and the other ones too ). After they repaired it, they had to repaint it a second time, because there were dark shadows in the paint down the entire side of the car. Then the second paint job came out rippley , lots of orange peel, and just not smooth. They must use a cheap quality paint and slip slop, turn and burn workmanship. Their motto or slogan is "your car will look just like it did before the accident like how it came from the manufacturer ". Well let me tell you, if my car came from the Ford factory looking like Abras work, Ford would fire the painters and the entire quality control team. My rear door, which they replaced with a used door and now I have to slam it to get it to shut solidly. The side electric drivers mirror used to operate smoothly and you guessed it, Abra f..... that up too, now when I adjust the mirror it shakes and bounces. They also used a cheap Chinese tail light assembly that didnt work properly and they had to reorder a tail light assembly from ford. I had an old Lincoln of mine painted at Macco (because I paid for it and it was inexpensive) and Macco did a way better job than Abra. Macco is not known for being gold standard in the auto body business, but they blow Abra out of the water. Its true the accident did bring the value of my car down, but Abras repair job brought the value down even more by hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Ive been warning as many people as possible to not take your vehicle to Abra for auto body or paint work. Ill never take any vehicle of mine there ever again.

Worst attention to detail Ive ever experienced at a so called professional business. I took my car in for repairs after being rear ended and when I was called to pick it up I noticed the bumper was misaligned. I pointed it out and waited almost an hour for it to be corrected....something that should have been done correctly to start with. So Im driving the next day and the sunlight is shining through my windshield and I noticed a haze on it. When I got home I inspected the vehicle and discovered that overspray was covering the entire vehicle. So I called them to complain and was told to bring the car in to be checked out. Brought car in to be checked out and had to leave it for the work to be done. Got it back that night and found dirt and filth inside the car that was not in there before. Id never recommend this particular shop for car repairs. While the guys in the front dealing with customers are nice, Its been proven to me that the actual body shop guys are only there for a paycheck. Theres just no attention to detail in work completed, at least with my car. Ill never go back here because it was a major inconvenience and it shouldnt be my job to point out obvious (at least to professionals) half@$$ work.

Wow Im so impressed at the timely manner of which they got my vehicle into the shop and the work completed. Yes I did have to wait a week for an appointment, but thats a heck of a lot more reassuring that my vehicle didnt sit in a lot for a week outside where anything could happen to it. BTW dropped my car off on a Monday by Wednesday afternoon it was done and ready to be picked up right around 2000 dollars in damage and 2 days wow. I would and will refer anyone who needs body work or dealing with an insurance claim like me. Thanks for the great fast and friendly service. In addition to what I wrote yesterday...I went to pick up my vehicle and something else was found as I looked over it Jackie and I looked at it and without hesitation I was asked to leave the vehicle there and they would take care of it. This really impressed me because not seeing it was there b4 Jackie made sure it would be taken care of with the upmost friendly and compassionate customer service. Thank you

My insurance company reccomended this auto body shop. It was the worst experience Ive ever had. I paid $500 to have rust fixed, they assured me it would last a lifetime and if it came back they would fix it. Less than a year later it came back worse than before. I called and they said theyd fix it, I dropped my car off and 2 days later they called me and said they dont guarantee rust and wouldnt be able to fix it. Both my dad and I called and complained, and we had a signed document saying that they would fix it. They reluctantly agreed, then they kept my car for 4 WEEKS. When I finally got my car back over a month later the rust came back within 2 months. I would NEVER recommend this establishment. They are shady, slow, and do not do quality work. I spent $500 for nothing. Take your business elsewhere.

May 25 .Allstate Insurance estimate $3500 hail damage, 10 hours. Abra said probably a week. It is now day 12 in my rental paying out of pocket, I called Abra, who then told me its gonna be middle of next week so 19+ days in a rental. 643$ rental cost is not a Fing joke. Also No communication from them what so ever until I called on day 12. EDIT: June 19 (day ~25), called me saying repairs done. Since it is a lease I had to mail the settlement check in to get it endorsed. I drove to Abra, told me I need the check to get my keys.... gotta mail in the receipt then receive the check through mail...... then pickup my car.............................. screw this shop, and screw AllState for no rental coverage but still insane price. Edit: bodywork is good ..

Ive been going to them for all my autobody repair and this last time, they have definitely declined. I hope I wont get another hit from another CO careless driver but if I do I will not be coming here. This time they did not fix my vehicle where I told them the damages are my windows are making sounds that werent there before. They didnt even make an effort cleaning inside the car like they used to. Now I have to go back and waste more time getting it fixed right. I just saw the other day, the vehicle that they had repaired before, the paint has come off and they told me it was a new door they installed.

My vehicle was brought here to be fixed by some ladies insurance after she ran into my parkes car... They took my car apart said it cost more than the car to prepare it and tried to tell me that I was suppose to drive it back home in pieces... After much waste of time going back and forth with the insurance company they put it back together and now it doesnt even start... And they dont care awful service please take care to not get swindled here...
