I called an set an appointment to have a windshield replaced. No problems there, a very polite lady set the appointment for between 9-9:30 the next morning. It should be noted she could not provide any information regarding the warranty other than there was a warranty. The next day at 10 I still have not received a call or a visit from a tech. I call the Abra at the Parker address and ask how much longer I should wait. After being placed on hold for 15 minutes I was transferred into a corporate voice mail system. I finally get a person on the phone. She tells me the tech will call me in 15 minutes. Twenty-five minutes later, still no call...so I call back and cancel the appointment. Now I have their attention. In the next 15 minutes I receive several calls from a MN phone number. My favorite call is the one where the lady offers to complete the job at a discounted rate higher than one I was quoted yesterday. Finally a manager calls and offers again to do the job at another reduced rate. I declined again. They did make an effort, but it was too late. This windshield replacement would have gone into 6 hours...

This is the second experience we have had with ABRA. Our first was in Boulder, CO. The front bumper needed to be replaced and painted. Within a week the paint was peeling off. The manager re-painted the bumper but the color was way off. I was not going to get it done a third time, so I paid for a competitor to re-paint it. It was done right the first time. Our second experience was this past week to repair the left front fender. The vendor they buy parts with didnt have a replacement fender, so ABRA in Broomfield, CO decided to repair the original instead of waiting until a new part could be acquired. In fact, they called me to tell us the news that they already started repairing the fender and gave us no options. The body work was awful! Although the color was very close, pits were visible, the body lines were wavy, and the side was protruding outwards. Its hard to believe that this poor work got past the body man, thru the prep and paint line, past the detailer, and accepted by the manager. They did offer to run it back through, but the fender is not repairable. I will NEVER do business with ABRA again.

Absolute worst experience ever! From the start the stuff was extremely rude. My husband and I have never dealt with people who were so rude in my life! I work in customer service and would never speak to another person the way the staff there does. To top it off, when we picked our car up there was a horrible rattling noise and my windshield wiper fluid no longer worked. We let that go because we didnt want to deal with the staff but then a couple weeks later, my cars power steering and brakes went out, leaving me stranded on the highway. When we called to have them fix it, they told us it was just a sensor. My husband made it out of the parking lot, and it happened again. They didnt want to give us a rental car at first, even though it was their mistake. Never ever recommend them for anything! Car still has problems and had a second person look at it and said they never fixed it correctly.

Horrible customer service. A complete waste of my time. Would not use. Would not recommend. Made an appointment weeks ago for an estimate. When I showed up I was ignored. Finally someone said the make and model of my car so I assumed they were talking to me. No introduction, no use of names. We went out to the car for what I presumed was to assess the damage so they could give me an estimate. I told her the insurance company reimbursed me directly and she said since they wouldnt be working with an insurance company they normally work with that they couldnt help me. I asked several more times to make sure I understood correctly that I couldnt pay for the repair out of pocket. She said she couldnt even provide an estimate nor could they do the repair at this shop.

I had a whoops situation come up. A small fender bender with a neighbor. It wasnt a huge deal, but a problem that needed to be taken care of. The team at Abra got me in, gave me a quote (very reasonable) and had me out in no time. The time frame was explained thoroughly and they even exceeded their own expectation. The crew even touched up a few spots that had nothing to do with the accident. In my opinion the team went above and beyond. My neighbor was thrilled, and I didnt look like a jerk anymore. Stuff happens, and thats what these guys are here for. I highly suggest bringing your car here if you need it done right.

Excellent customer service! I was just in this store. It was end of the month (very busy day). I went in to get an estimate for my car because I was backed into by someone. There was a miscommunication and my appointment was scheduled for a day other than when I arrived. Even though it was not their fault with the scheduling they proceeded to take care of me at the end of the day when others were wrapping up their work. This was above and beyond for me and made my day! They deserve your business.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I couldnt get an appointment for nearly a month. Got off work early and went in and waited for a while and was finally told that the estimator got "called into a meeting" and we needed to reschedule. Had to reschedule for another three weeks. I could have had my car repaired by now going to another local body shop. Thought I could trust the big company name...BIG MISTAKE! STAY AWAY!!!

Service is horrible. My uncle worked here about 9-10 years ago, and he was treated with much disrespect. During the blizzard of 06 when the streets were deadly. They didnt care. They threatened to fire him if he didnt go that morning. When he did get there after almost getting into a wreck, they told him to leave and that he shouldnt have come. The point is, this place sucks to work at and to go to.

I was very please with Missy at the front desk, she helped me with a problem with Progressive. Its hard to find good workers that arent lazy. Progressive really screwed me over but they did what they could with the information they had. I found the manager Craig kind and easy to work with. I recommend Abra but make sure Progressive Insurance isnt screwing you over.

I paid out of pocket for a rock chip repair and it looks like a 5 year old slapped some super glue on the windshield. The rock chip is still as visible as it was before the so called repair. I called 6 times to fix the problem and nothing has been attempted to fix the problem. The customer satisfaction guarantee is a lie. Dont waste your time with this place.

I had great customer service that kept me up-to-date on everything that was happening with my replacement bumper. They even painted it a lighter shade then expected then re-painted it the next day. It did take a bit longer then I was hoping for, but it was over a holiday weekend so it was understandable. The bumper turned out perfect.
