Needed repair on driver door where another car backed into mine. They took 2x as long as it was estimated to repair, which was fine because they were nice enough about it. Till I went to pick my car up, and discovered a huge crack across the windshield. Ken first claimed I dropped it off like that (I didnt) and they would replace it at cost for me, which was completely unacceptable. Then Rick came and said it was a small rock chip that splintered when going through a heating/cooling process for paint. I asked which is it then, did I drop it off like that or did it happen there? To which they then offered to "buy" me a new windshield. So, they broke my windshield, blamed it on me, then wanted to appear to be a hero for finally offering to replace it. Very shady business practice. UPDATE-- They will not be replacing the windshield, Rick didnt return any calls, then "out of office" for several days, they yanked us around about which day it would be replaced, and now we genuinely dont trust them with our vehicle. Its worth the out of pocket expense for us to never deal with this business again. I am horrified they are in a industry where they can take absorbent amounts of money from people and have no integrity or loyalty to their customers. Word of advice, save your money and sanity and seek a true auto body shop where honesty is top priority and you dont feel like you need a shower in bleach because they are so incredibly despicable.

I brought my car in after being hit from behind causing damage to the rear bumper as well as the rear lift gate on my Subaru. The repair took a week longer than they said it would. Then, once I got it back, the spoiler fell off the lift gate within 2 miles of driving it away from the repair shop. Their lifetime "guarantee" did not cover the repair, because they said it had been "forcibly removed" even though it had only sat in my locked garage between the time I got the car back and the time it fell off. Not only was the quality of the work bad, but so was the customer service. USAA had to step in and repair the spoiler because this body shop didnt live up to its guarantee, so USAA did it for them. Adding to the problems, just last week the latch on the lift gate stopped working, just 3 months later. When I took it in, again they said that it was not covered by their guarantee. So, Im not sure what the guarantee covers, but dont count on much. Ive had this car for 8 years and had no issues until Global Collision got their hands on it. All I know is that I got hit, and its going to end up costing me money out of my pocket to make my car whole again. Do not use this body shop.

I was rear ended by a teenager who was texting while driving and Geico made me go to this shop for the repair estimate. Their adjuster was rude and unhelpful. He did not take the time to fully inspect the vehicle (particularly for frame damage) and downright ignored visible damage "saying I want to keep this under $1000 so the customers rates dont go up." I pointed out multiple damaged areas multiple times and they were never even mentioned on the quote. On top of all this the guy had a very fake New Jersey accent and came off like a Don Corleone wanna be. Naturally I took the vehicle to a rival shop for the repairs and they discovered lots of unaccounted for damage. My bill ended up being significantly higher than the quoted price from Global. In talking to the guy who actually did the repairs this seems to be par for the course with Global. Avoid this place unless you want to get scammed!

I took my car to Caliber after rear ending someone. I was paying out of pocket, and they worked with me to get the costs as low as possible. Both their estimator and technicians saw eye-to-eye with me on what I needed done, and how much I could spend on it, and I couldnt be happier with the results. The car looks great, and they were able to trim a bunch extra costs out. As some other reviewers have mentioned, there was a minor issue with a warranty claim, but after discussing it with them at length, they resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Id use them again in the future.

I took my car here for hail damage repair. I was told it could take 2 weeks and I told them I needed it sooner because I did not get a rental. They told me they would get to it as soon as possible. They called everyday with an update and had my car back to me 4 days later! The car was dent free and squeaky clean inside and out. Everybody was very friendly through the whole ordeal and I couldnt be happier with this Caliber Collision!

My first time Ive ever had a serious accident. Caliber was there for me. They were prompt explaining what will happen and the process to get my car fixed. They worked with the insurance company to resolve issues. Ken was just a great guy. They texted me updates of my repair, keeping me in the loop. Then when I get the Truck back.. Its like nothing ever happened. I would recommend Caliber to anyone.

Never experienced any business like this. It took me two months to have a repair. When the day came, they kept my car for a day then returned unrepaired reasoned they got the wrong part! They still havent called me back whether they got the part or not.

I have taken my car here twice and both times they have been excellent. Their employees are extremely nice and attentive. My car has always looked superb after I have gotten it back. I will continue to recommend this place to anyone who needs body work.

They were supposed to sand down some orange-peel-looking clear coat after another of their locations failed twice to correct the paint, but all they did was leave big dull-looking sanded spots on my paint. Will never use any of their shops again.
