People here really need to learn how to treat their customers. Went there for an estimate and it happened in minutes. No talking, suggestions, requests. The estimator should also learn to estimate the care needed for his customers. Take photos of the car throw a print out of paper with $$$. Learn from other companies. Went to Service King and they serve really to their name. Each and every small detail was discussed and explained. Even the cost of a small screw which costs 38 cents was mentioned and discussed. Go to them. You and your car deserve a much better place. Good bye Abra.

My front bumper didnt have a license plate holder! So I got the run around from Toyota Nation (whom never got back to me), called a mechanics shop, and they finally got me into the right hands, Wes at ABRA Auto Body. He was so helpful!!! Im so thankful he got me taken care of! Highly recommend!

Went over on quoted repair time from 3 weeks to over a month. Broke rear windshield during body damage repair. forgot to reconnect my back-up camera wiring. Worst experience with auto repair Ive had in my life.
