I had a Mini Cooper S that sustained some hail damage and was sideswiped on the front bumper that I had Red Noland repair. I was originally quoted one week for the service, and it ended up taking five weeks before I could pick up the car. Every time I called, the service writer I spoke with, Henry, stated that the car would be ready to pick up next week. After a few weeks of the run-around, I eventually spoke with Dale, the general manager, and he was able to assuage my concerns and get things taken care of. When I picked up the car, I brought it home only to find that the airbag light had come on. I called Red Noland back and they immediately sent someone to pick the car up and take it back to the shop, where they reset the computer and the light went away. It never did come back on. As for the actual quality of their work, the paintwork on the car was absolutely stunning, as was the detail job. I did have an issue where a piece of my a-pillar trim came off on the highway, and Red Noland replaced it for me at no charge, and with very little hassle, since they had removed that trim to repair the roof. Months later, I was power washing my car when little strips of paint began to come off of the front bumper, which had been repainted. I immediately brought it back to Red Noland, where Dale explained to me that the strips of paint were likely coming off due to cracks in the bumper paint where someone had tapped me in a parking lot, flexed the bumper, and cracked the paint, and that this was not a warranty issue. With that said, he told me that he would go ahead and repaint the small section of the bumper as a goodwill repair at no charge to me. Overall, I am impressed with Red Noland Collisions quality of work and their warranty, even if there were some issues with their customer service while they had my car. I would recommend them to a friend, but I would caution them to get a rental car.

I will never use them again , for the following reasons..... My 2007 Acura TL Type S was brought to Red Noland for repairs and it was determined that the car was totaled by the insurance company. I called two hours ahead of time that I was coming too get the car as I was buying the car back from the insurance company. Secretary Krista said this was fine and she would have it waiting for me . This was not the case as I sat waiting for 30min my wife and Penney fought about who would pay for towing and storage fees .... I did pay ....and as I sat waiting Mr. Dale said it was after 5:00 and started too complain, I told Dale that they had over two hours notice. He did not like that and said my car is on his private property and I needed too get off of it now . I said ok when can I come back to get my car ? Dale said when you pay for it . I said it is paid for . Then I asked him for his name and card so I could report him to his boss . He refused! This is not how costomers should be treated. I told him I was going to buy a CTS-V until now . Dale said what is a CTS I had to laugh . You work on Cadillac and you dont know what a CTS-V is LOL .Dale said he is just a body man ... If you value your car do not go to Red Noland.

Red Noland would have gotten 5 stars if I didnt have to correct some of there job for them. The good my 2011 cts premium exterior came back better than before, I had severe hail damage and the person who fix that did an outstanding job! They fixed up my passenger side door that had rust and cracked paint and made it look like it was never there in less than 3 days. The bad my upper rear trunk taillight was not working due to someone not connecting the wires which I had to do. Three of my inner door panel was not put back together properly which I had to do. And I would have like updates and pictures of my car from time to time and not call and see whats going on in which they told me they will keep me updated on my car progress. All in all, they did a good job and for anyone who uses them just make sure u go thru your car throughly before leaving

Our 2016 WRX STI sustained a great deal of hail damage this past summer. The team at Red Noland was nothing but fantastic! Penny, the receptionist was always polite, courteous and professional. Our service advisor, Chris, was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed the entire time my car was in the shop on body work updates as well as time estimates and he worked with us and the insurance company to get all my needs taken care of affordably. They exceeded their original time estimate and actually had the car finished a couple weeks ahead of schedule. When I picked up the car I was beyond pleased with all the body work as well as the detailing. It looked and smelled like a brand new car! I would absolutely recommend Red Noland to anyone.

Absolutely awesome experience. Dale Francis, the body shop manager, worked directly with us when we had questions about the actual work being done. Kelly Johnson kept us informed every step of the way regarding estimate updates, contacting insurance, etc. Very professional team, great service, excellent collision work. I would highly recommend Red Nowland Collision over any of the other collision businesses in Colorado Springs.

I truly enjoyed my experience at Red Noland Collision Center. The whole team is wonderful. They are extremely considerate and could anticipate my every need. I have taken two cars to this body shop and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The receptionist, Penny, is so sweet and takes care of everyone! I reccomend this shop to anyone who asks "Do you know a good body shop in town?" I know a GREAT body shop in town! There is none better!

The people that work here are wonderful - particularly Dale and Matt. I was rear-ended by a Hummer H3 and needed the damage fixed on my Volvo SUV. My local contact from my insurance company recommended this particular body shop having seen their work in the past and I can see why: they were professional, courteous, considerate and extremely thorough. I highly recommend Dale, Matt and the team at Red Noland Collision Center!

Great experience from start to finish. Red Noland made a stressful situation easier than I could have imagined. From the initial contact with Andrew to our pick up, the customer service was excellent. They gave what I thought was a reasonable time estimate for completion, and finished 3 days ahead of that. The work they did is flawless. Communication throughout the whole process was better than expected.

Amazing service! Timely, professional, thorough, and polite! I received daily updates on the car, and they found broken parts that the other place could not find. Fixed the car quickly and returned it vacuumed, cleaned, and waxed. I will definitely go back over any other place in the Springs! Totally worth the drive from Monument.
