VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Got my truck towed to get the frame replaced...it took them three weeks to look at the truck. Tim gave me an estimate for the price of the frame and the cost of labor...when I told them to go ahead and do the repair they said they didnt want to!!! When I asked "why would you go through the trouble of getting a price for the frame and the labor just to tell me you dont want to do it?" they couldnt give me a reason....very disappointed...they wasted my time, their time and their mechanics time...would give zero stars if I could!

Worst body shop ever. Had to take my vehicle back for the same issue more than 5 times after they said it was fixed over and iver again. Each time something else magically was already broken. And then they had the nerve to blame something on me. And tried to make another claim against my insurance to fix the same issue that was caused by their body guy not knowing what hes doing. Everytime i leave a bad reviews it get deleted. DO NOT TAKE YPUR VEHICLE HERE.

Aleksandra, Bennett and the team at The Body Shop are amazing! My wife and I have used their services twice now (two separate vehicles) and the results have been nothing short of fantastic. You cant even tell that we had any damage in the first place on either vehicle. Since weve lived in Denver, weve been looking for a go-to option, and weve definitely found one in the The Body Shop. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

I called around to several repair shops for an estimate and this was the only one that didnt require an appointment, which was great. I came in to get my side rear view mirror fixed expecting it to take hundreds of dollars, and they gave me a DIY solution that will save me from spending that much. Thank you for taking the time and not being out for my wallet! I will be back!

Just picked up my 2015 BMW from The Body Shop after they repaired my rear bumpers parking lot damage. Great job - " like it never happened" . I was very happy with the 3 day turnaround at a time when other shops are weeks out just for the estimate... Very nice people to deal with, fair pricing and perfect work. I would use this shop again.

Great customer service, super-friendly staff, great work on my truck, the paint job they did looks better than the factory finish. Black is the hardest color to paint and the work they did is flawless. Hopefully i wont get in any more fender benders but if i do im bringing my truck right back.

I was in an accident a few weeks ago and I brought my car to this place. Their service was great! They did things in a timely matter and their work was outstanding. My car looks better now than before the accident. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a body shop.
