If you have to take your car to a Caliber Collision I only hope that you can find a different location that maybe knows how to treat customers better. My girlfriend had her car into the shop for an insurance repair from being rear ended. From the surface the repairs look ok but caliber also had to repair the exhaust as it was bent down from the accident. This is where the quality of work and quality of part became apparent. The used such a cheap muffler even brand new it rattles. The also used an exhaust cllamp rather than a weld to put it all back together causing a leak at the front of the muffler. When trying to bring the car for them to loook at again their manage Allen treated my girlfriend like an idiot female that knew nothing about cars and sent her on her way. When confronted by me to look at the can he put me off for several more days and basically told me my girlfriend was lying about what happened when she came in. Allen showed terrible customer service and even trying to say Geico was reaponsible for the poor quality of repairs and whatever may have been done and not Caliber who performed the work. Allen and this Caliber location are one to be avoided. I only hope the others are not the same.

We had a vehicle in here for repairs because theyre partnered with Geico. Customer Service was A+ from the Geico adjuster, Enterprise rental staff that are on-site, and the customer-facing Caliber employees. Repair work looks good. However when we got our vehicle back they had put all sorts of deep scratches on the body panels surrounding the one being repaired, and you could clearly see where a sander had hit surrounding panels and removed the paint from the edges. That kind of lack of care and attention to detail at a body shop, which is supposed to be repairing that kind of damage, is absolutely unacceptable. They didnt even disclose the damage to us and when we called them out on it received a "whoops sorry didnt notice". You didnt notice? Thats your entire job! We will be staying away for any future work we need and suggest you do the same. They do not have employees that care enough to take ownership of their work and mistakes.

Took my vehicle in after getting rear ended. I got my bumper repainted and my exhaust tip straightened out, but I still had issues with the exhaust(fitment, rattling, etc). My claims adjuster (Michael Boehringer) told me I can get the exhaust inspected by another shop, and if it was bent I would be taken care of. So I take my car to another shop the next day and the exhaust was in fact bent. I send my claims adjuster the statement for the damages that day. The next morning I get a rude call from him basically saying theyre investigating my claim. This place is very unprofessional and I will NEVER let you clowns touch my car again. First he tell me "yeah take your car in to another shop and if they find an issue we will handle it", the next day hes saying Im being investigated. What a joke. This accident was 100% NOT my fault and you must fix my vehicle, not treat me like a criminal Mr. Boehringer.

Great overall experience! I came in with minor collision damage covered by Geico. Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional. I did not have to wait long for service. The fact that Geico and Enterprise car rental had offices on site made the entire experience of getting inspected, picking up a rental, and getting repairs completely seamless. I came in, dropped off my keys, signed some papers, and had my rental, all within half an hour. I received regular texts on the status of my repairs, and the process of getting my car back after repairs was just as easy as dropping it off!

AMAZING service! Im signing up for Yelp just to write a review for this company. They handled the auto accident I was in so smoothly. The repairs looked amazing and were SO fast! Partnered with Geico and Enterprise the whole ordeal was very smooth. Great updates on the progress of the vehicle via text so I knew exactly what and when to expect everything. But If I had a question I could call and talk to a real person on the first ring, every time. I hope I dont ever need collision repair services in the future, but if I do, this is where Ill go. Thanks everyone at Caliber!

Caliber collision made the process of getting my bumper fixed as easy as possible. Justice and David took care of everything right away. They were accommodating with my needs, got me a rental car, and most importantly work done on the day they said they were going to be done. I was given daily updates via text or a phone call to let me know exactly where my car was in the process. And to top it off, the work they did on my car was top-notch. Hopefully I wont get in a fender bender ever again, but if I do, I know where Im going to get my car fixed.

I was so impressed by the level of service I received here. The Geico rep, the Enterprise rep, the service rep, and the manager were extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. I could not have asked for a better experience. My repair was done quickly and efficiently and days earlier than I was promised. The manager of the shop was so helpful in getting my cars body work expedited. I would recommend this body shop to anyone who needs their car worked on. My car looked as good as new when I got it back. I really appreciate the experience I had here.

Caliber collision Aurora is terrible at communicating! I spoke to the manager Chris on 11/22 Chris said, I could have my car towed in earlier than my scheduled appointment day and time if my car was undriveable. I had my car towed in on 11/22. almost three weeks later my car is still not finished. I received one call from Blanca saying that my car would be finished the next day. Ive had to call THIS PLACE EVERYDAY just to get an update on my car. My car is STILL NOT DONE. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Just have to say the company & the people there are great. They made my experience very easy - understandable - smooth. Any time you have an interruption in life, it can be stressful but they made my experience so smooth. They texted me with updates on my car repairs so I always knew what was going on. When I received my car it was detailed inside & out, very surprising. I would & will recommend this company to anyone. GREAT EXPERIENCE & VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!!!

Terrible experience. They kept my car for an entire week past the given date. They didnt call my insurance to approve the rental car extension and it was a huge headache. They didnt call me back, they didnt up date me. They told me to pick up my car on a Saturday when I called to pick it up they had NO IDEA who I was! And my car wasnt actually ready. I didnt get it until the next Wednesday. This was awful. Ive heard M&M does a much better job. Be cautious.

Verdict is out. Not all work was finished when I arrived. Waiting on a call back for the missing part. Hopefully they clean the headliner after getting it dirty writing with it. Noticed later they had broken the points that hold down the cover in my trunk lid. Hood was put on crooked. Never cleaned the headliner. I do not recommend this place.
