I took my suv here because I was refered by a friend. I was rear ended so I had to get a new back door. My truck was there for three weeks. They did a great job replacing the door itself, where my problem starts is the paint job. The paint is a completely different color. I felt attacked when just about everyone that worked there came out and the painter told me that its all in the way you look at it. He said "thats the best he could do and he did a good job". Well what he did was paint it the factory color from 10 years ago, he made no attempt to blend the colors to match it a little better. One of the fenders had a large area where the clear coat was applied to heavily and ran. They offered to buff it out but I was hesitant about leaving my truck there again. The next problem was the back window. The back window rolls down and it was VERY loose so I took it over and they said its not loose and because it says in the owners manual that your not suppose to drive with it down they wont do anything about it. I had to take it to the Toyota dealership and have them fix it before it broke, cost me $100 out of my pocket. The guy I worked with was professional and did a good job. If your going to guarantee and warranty on your work you should do the work and not make the customer have to pay out of pocket. If I was the owner I would fire the painter for his bad attitude, arguing with the customer and saying he couldnt do any better. I will NEVER go back to Kraftsman and have told many people already not to use them. Word of mouth is huge and when your not happy let everyone know. So if your reading this your thinking about taking your car there.....BEWARE if it has to be painted unless your colorblind.

Do not use this company. Communications are horrible. I have left 6 messages with the manager, Tim, to remidiate an issue with my TPM sensors that I got back broken. Yes, 6 messages with zero call backs. Before this they replaced my wifes windows and they said the car was done. We went to pick it up and had to wait an hour while they said they just had to bring it up. Well, I looked in the back and they were cleaning it and vacuuming it out. While I was there another couple drove two hours in the snow with a rental car after they were told the car was finished. Well it wasnt and they got sent away, and had to call for the rental car to return. Anyways... I just got off the phone with someone who refused to work with me on the issue above and said there is no way to contact the owner unless he is in office. This person did not even know the owners name. This is an insurance recommended company, who I will now notify that they refuse to fix the problems even though they offer a 100% guarantee. At this point it looks like I will have to pay out of pocket to take my car into the dealer. Please do not use Carstar. Very unprofessional company, with horrible customer service. I have so much more to say but I am typing this on my phone. If only I could give zero stars.

I would definitely recommend CARSTAR Collision. I recently had my vehicle repaired and was well pleased with the high level of professionalism exhibited by everyone I encountered at each step of the process. The receptionist impressed me with her knowledge of the auto body repair industry and set me at ease. She was business-like in appearance and her attitude. She did her best to turn a stressful situation around and I left feeling at ease. I knew I was in good hands even before I spoke to Ryan. I cannot say enough about the importance of feeling at ease when yoir only mode of transportation is in someone elses hands. This gal was outstanding. A class act. Ryan was awesome. Very professional and he too contributed to my ongoing peace of mind. Ryan kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. Tim, the owner was excellent. His leadership definitely shows through the folks whom he employs. Tim made me feel as though he had a personal interest in making sure my vehicle was repaired to exceed my expectations and asked me more than once of I was being taken care of. Overall, this shop is top notch. High level of professionalism and a knowledgeable crew provide for a great experience even under not so good circumstances. Well done, CARSTAR!

Horrible experience with these crooks. From the bottom to the top, these folks have no integrity nor do they take any responsibility for their neglegence. Very unprofessional and lacking in all facets of their business. I had hail damage repaired by this shop and not only did they take double the time estimated. They also lost a bunch of parts for my car and claimed no fault of their own. The quality of the work was so bad, I had to bring it back 5 times and deal with very unprofessional people. My Vehicle ended up having leaks in the roof and from the seals from the new windshield. I had to get the dealership to fix which ended up being $5,000. Luckily my insurance was able to collect funds from kraftsmen for their negligence. When I personally spoke with the owner, he could care less. They claimed to have replaced my hood with a new one, but was not true. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Do yourself a favor and try another body shop.

Do not trust these guys with your car. Their communication is horrible and they dont really care about the customers. After an entire month of not hearing from them about my vehicle, I contacted them about my concerns and was told, "they were too busy to contact every customer about updates on their vehicle." This became an even larger issue when I got my vehicle back and found out not everything had been fixed. They did bring my car back the following day, but did *nothing* to it. After three days of Tim not returning my phone calls I was forced to go to another automotive shop, which resolved every problem within one day. Like I said, dont trust them with your car or your time.

I left a poor review, previously, which was fair. Their front -of- house employee has poor customer service skills, and i still dont think they should be the first face one sees, when walking into the building. However, Tim, the manager, called me after my review to talk about the review i left. This was very cool, and it changed my perspective on the situation. He has great customer service skills. He cares about his business, which is really cool. We had a great conversation about the impact and effect one person can make. What was really cool was that i had lost my license plate, and i was pretty sure it was still there. Long story short, Tim found it!

I had my dodge van in at Kraftsmen Carstar.. They had to do work to the whole RT side.. I was really concerned about the paint matching.. The front office staff was very professional in walking me through the repair and paint process.. When my van was done the office manager took the time to walk around the van with me and go over the repair process step by step. I was very happy with the paint match of my van and was given the opportunity to come back for another FREE detail!! I was very pleased with my experience with Kraftsmen Carstar and would refer all of my friends and family!!
