My family has been using Platinum for around ten years now for all of our automobile needs. After my latest experience, my friends and family will no longer be customers of Platinum Collision. After a minor collision I took my car to Platinum to be repaired. The final product was phenomenal, the guys in the shop do great work. However, the lack of communication and seemingly unprofessional nature of the management made the experience unbearable. In addition, several unnecessary hassles arose as a result of the repair, all which could have been avoided. Such as losing parts, incorrectly resetting sensors, and misplacing portions of my car. All of these relatively minor mistakes could have been avoided if Platinum was diligent in understanding how my vehicle should be repaired correctly. Management informed me that it was not Platinums responsibility to understand how each vehicle should be repaired. WOW. If you choose to take your business to Platinum Collision, be sure to ask for Josh. He was the ONLY employee that returned phone calls, took the initiative to communicate updates on my car, he was professional and got the job done. Josh was the ONLY employee who actually seemed to care that I took my business to Platinum Collision. If it were not for Josh, I am sure my car would be lost in the bowels of Platinums repair shop and I would be waiting for a return phone call from the shop. The worst part of my experience, even after waiting for weeks for my car and with very one sided communication, (i.e. I had to call to find out what was going on and no return phone calls) was the interaction with management. Kay, the owner, was extremely unprofessional and made it blatantly apparent that she did not appreciate my business. It is unfortunate that such a sour experience destroyed a loyal customer of Platinum Collision. I will never bring another vehicle to Platinum Collision and will be sure to inform my friends and family of my experience.

Horrible el servicio, un mes con mi carro y me lo devolvieorn con mas de 17 cosas mal echas. Un carro nuevo que ni ganas de usar tango. Los seguros no sirven, la puerta smal puesta, la luz por fuera mal puesta TODO mal echo, la pintura con bolitas, haciendo ruido, super sucio, la bicina no funciona UN CARRO NUEVO del 2015 comprado en el 2016 con un solo año de uso se atreven a decirme qu emi carro es viejo, Que clase de personas tan falta de etica y de todo . esta compania solo esta para cobrar dinero nada mas. NO LO RECOMIENDO CUIDADO van a salir frustrados de ahi, si son de Castle Rock ni se les ocura ir ahi

Worst place ever!! Had a collision in which the front of my car was damaged-the hood. They replaced a headlight-when there was no damage to the headlights, now I have one shiny new headlight and one dim old one. They didnt properly fix my hood-its still out of alignment, closes too tight that its difficult to open, and theres more of a gap on the driver side then the passenger side. Also because of how they fixed my hood, the paint is cracked and coming off- I have bare metal showing now!!. They also didnt bother painting the whole hood and fenders. When I noticed the difference in the headlights and the poor paint job I tried calling them and they gave me the run around and then blew me off. USAA recommended this place, I WOULDNT SEND MY ENEMIES HERE!!

Its been a bit of a frustrating experience with Caliber so far. Overall customer service has been good however my concern is that they dont have the best quality assurance processes in place for when cars leave their shop. Here are a few of my concerns: 1. Internal antenna no longer works (radio) 2. Hole punched in a part of the topper flap 3. Minor hail damage to topper was never addressed 4. Hood appears to be aftermarket (not OEM) and is wavy 5. Hail damage to passenger side mirror was repaired, driver side was not I am going to bring the truck into Caliber this week. To Calibers defense, theyve been more than willing to make things right.

This is the last place I would take my car again. It was a very frustrating experience. We got the run around from them every day. They told us our car would be ready every day for 2 weeks and when I finally got to take it home it still wasnt really fixed- we are now having to pay someone else to do what they should have already done. I went in one day and talked to a person named Raphael and the next time I went in his name was Jim. If they dont even know who they are how can you expect them to fix a car. If you have to use a Caliber Collision go to Parker. They were great!!!

Extremely friendly group of folks, very helpful and honest! Chris was managing my truck repair and kept me well informed of the repairs and the slight delays. They worked with my insurance company so I didnt have to hassle with anyone. The Truck looks beautiful, I cant even tell they did any repair work. This is a very professional shop - I would recommend their services and definitely use them again for auto body work.

The owners are a nice family and try hard, but referring to quality and speed I think they are far behind market average. They are slow, the place is not clean at all and at the end they gave me a quote for my break pads for $900!! I got my brakes taken care of at "just brakes" for just $400. Actually they deserve just a one-star, I gave them the second star because as I said the owners are nice.

The work was completed on time and my truck came back from Platinum Collision Center looking better than new. The young man who did the final detail and wash was incredible. The repair work is superb. It felt like everybody was an owner at this company, they all cared so much. Im sorry I can only give this company 5 stars, they deserve 10. Also AAA rated.

I had a dent in the fender of a 4-year old car with black metallic paint (old black metallic paint is *very* hard to match). The repair is completely invisible. The price was really modest. The work was done timely. The shop is spotless. And everybody there was terrific to work with. Id go back without hesitation.

The company will not pre-order parts and therefore cannot give any timeline on vehicle completion. The company told me USAA would pay for more than 30 days of rental if the parts caused the problem. USAA indicated this was not true. Cannot trust this shop.

Ive had my car fixed here a few times. Its a bit of a long wait to get an estimate and schedule a repair, but otherwise they do great work!
