I had a great experience at Pearl Auto Body (on Colorado). Its embarassing, but I got in two accidents within 1 month of each other (it had been 5 years since my last one, okay?!) and one of the accidents I claimed on my insurance, the other I paid out of pocket. They were great about working with me on a self-pay rate that I could afford AND was an adequate fix. My work hours coincide with their open hours, but they were good about working with me on drop off and pick up times as well. They said they would call me every couple of days to update me on progress and they did, which rarely happens nowadays. My car was done when they said it would be for the price they quoted. *Hopefully* I wont be needing to go back here, but I will use this auto body in the future as needed.

While the maintenance on my car was flawless, it was was the customer service and kindness all of the people at Pearl Auto showed me that made my experience the best Ive had. They were very personable and after having a problem with a rental car they had my back and helped dissolve the situation. I cannot give a higher recommendation than Pearl Auto. They are without a doubt the best in the business.

Clearly Fake Reviews. Has anyone else on here noticed that: 1) all the reviews on here were all posted within a couple weeks of eachother; 2) the text in all these reviews is eerily similar? To the staff at Pearl: you might want to make it less obvious when you pad your Google page with fake reviews! Its making me seriously consider not calling you right now.

Justice and office admin Dana were fantastic to work with! They have been booked solid for quite some time and were able to work with me to get my car in. They kept me updated throughout the process and worked directly with the insurance company upon receiving an appraisal - the process was extremely smooth for me and they did a great job on my car!

Ed, the repair process manager did an excellent job of keeping in touch with me and went above and beyond to be sure that I was pleased with their service. I would highly recommend them.

The customer service at Pearl Auto Body is second to none. Sienna kept me updated and informed through a very lengthy process of getting my vehicle repaired. A Nightmare: From weeks to obtain an estimate appointment, then more weeks for the work to begin, then more weeks to complete the work. Along with cost and time over-runs. All this on a minor rear-end hit-n-run repair! Oh, the completed work seems OK. It took all summer. Never again.

Hopefully, you wont ever need a body shop, but if the occasion arises either from hail damage or an accident, there is no better shop in town to take care of you and your car than Pearl Auto Body. Excellent customer service and high quality work!

Pearl Auto Bodys customer service is fantistic. From start to finish on car repair the keep in touch, communicate and all of the customer service was fantastic. Vehicles coming out of the shop are clean, shiny and in perfect condition.
