On March 29 an ABRA mobile installer installed an aftermarket piece of glass that leaked badly during all of the rains we got in May and has damaged the inside of my truck. I rescheduled for May 26 and got an 11-5 window. I called at 5:00 and the next installer (Rick) arrived late at 5:30. Rick told me he would not do the installation because the aftermarket glass was junk and known to leak so he ordered OEM glass and setup an appointment with an 11-1 window for June 7. Rick told me he would be doing the installation. On June 11, I texted Rick and asked him to let me know about 30 minutes before his arrival so I could slide the topper back. I never heard from him. I called ABRA and they told me the installer (Doyle) was on his way. Doyle arrived late and after 30 minutes of looking at the window told me he would not do the installation because the topper needed to be completely removed and some of the interior of the truck needed to be removed, which was the first time I had heard either of those issues brought up before. I rescheduled for June 15 with the shop on Louisiana and shortly after making the appointment I got a call from ABRA and they told me I was responsible for removing the topper completely. By this time, I had my fill of ABRA and called the shop on Louisiana and their glass scheduling number and asked to speak to a manager about this whole situation. Twice I was told I would get a call from a manager and to this day I never have. This entire situation has cost me approximately 16 hours of waiting, most during my work days. I live in a condominium and have no place to store my topper and am now expected to find a couple of friends to help me remove and replace the topper. Every installer has told me a different story and two refused to do the work. I have suffered major water damage to the inside of my truck because they installed a cheap piece of after-market glass. To top it all off, a manager will not even take the time to call me. My advice to everyone.....Avoid ABRA at all cost even if your insurance company like mine (Liberty Mutual) refers you to them.

Why do I even have to give them 1 star Google? Anyway... This is the place to go if you like awful business practices coupled with even worse customer service. We had a wheel well cover that needed to be replaced. Sounds easy right? $60 part, maybe 2 hrs of labor if you include painting it. Apparently not. Showed up to my appointment today only to be told they hadnt gotten around to ordering the part so theyd order it right away and itd be here next week. The rub was id have to leave the car, or they could reschedule for January. Why would I leave a car for over a week to get a 4 hour job done? Valid question, no answer. Then the watery hag who does the scheduling told me If I wanted the part to be there for the next appointment Id need to pay the estimate in full before theyd schedule it. Avoid this junk yard like the plague, unless you like wasting 4 months of time and/or hold controlling stock in advil and xanax.

Given the fact that I understand how busy this place is, that was no excuse to be rude to my father. I got into a car accident, towed my car there and my dad went to look at the damages. A lady there was being very snippy with him, asking him to not look at the car (hes the owner). Telling him he can do whatever he wants in a very aggressive manner, after my father explained he owned the car. Being told my car could not be estimated until the 11th, and wouldnt be fixed until march, thats ridícula. No communication between their employees I was later called to schedule a day to go with my adjuster, when clearly my father had already gone to see the car. Need less to say we will be taking our business else where. No compassion at all!

My 2000 Passat was recently backed into, and I had never dealt with an accident before. My insurance agent recommended Abra to handle the repairs; so glad he did! The charismatic staff of this location went out of their way to help me through all stages of this stressful ordeal (specifically Jeff and Katherine!), going above and beyond, and I am honored to write this commendation for them. The paint matching was seamless, the work was finished in a timely manner, communication with me was excellent, and they even vacuumed out my car when all was said and done! All they were fixing was a door! I would recommend this location, and especially this staff, to anyone seeking body repair.

I was the victim of an accident and was referred to Abra by the person at faults insurance company. All around terrible experience with these guys trying to get it resolved. Was given a lot of false information, and after having been there three times and giving them possession of my car for four days, they sent me home without doing anything to my car. Perhaps my car was a special situation because it is a classic car, but the other 1 star reviews probably give a clear picture of what you can expect from these guys.

I do not recommend. I was helped by Edwin and the service was not good. I dropped my car off on June 16th with rear end damage that wasnt terrible. My car was not done until July 6th. Edwin told me 4 different dates my car would be finished with the 6th of July being the actual finish date. Terrible customer service, it was also very hard to get a hold of Edwin to get information about the fix on my car. If you do come here I recommend reaching out to someone else to help you with you car needs.

Just now called to make an appointment for an estimate. An abrupt woman named Catherine answered and she was rude just in the way she answered the phone. I told her that I was a potential customer and asked about that appointment for estimate. That is when she turned totally negative and declared that this shop is "extremely busy" and wont be able to fit me in for months down the road. Then...I looked at all of these negative reviews. YIKES!

I was referred to Abra for chips on my hood and windshield. The manager was very helpful and went out of his way to take care of me. He was honest and didnt try to sell me things I did not need, like many others might do. He even delayed his lunch to assist me, and gave me advice on how to save money and prevent future occurrences.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get my windshield replaced. When I showed up for the appointment the truck with my windshield on it was running late. After 30 minutes of waiting the truck arrived and I was told they did not have my windshield after all. Ill be getting this windshield replaced somewhere else.

I got my car back from ABRA after 4 months, three supervisors, at least two body technicians. The first repair had to be redone. The last supervisor was accommodating and tried everything to make up for the incompetence in this shop. I appreciate his efforts. I would not recommend using this body shop for your repair.
