I have an older Toyota truck and rear ended another truck on my way to work. I brought my truck here to get fixed and also asked them to do a wheel alignment (paid from my own pocket). When the owner went over the damage and what he would need to fix the top radiator mounts were not listed. I reminded him that the radiator top mounts were broken. He said thats not a problem that they would fix anything they find. The body work on my truck looked great not issues. Radiator mounts were not fixed though and my wheel alignment was all wrong. My camber is like this " | " and in order to steer my truck straight I have to hold the wheel about an inch to the left. I called to talk to the shop manager about it and a flood of excuses start to roll of his tongue "your wheel bearings are bad, your steering box is bad..you you you you". First if this is the case then give me my truck and tell me you cant do the wheel alignment but nope they are happy to take your money without doing anything. My camber is obviously not right. I tried to move my tires back and forth testing for wheel bearing issues but no issues. I just had a shop do the wheel bearings 4 months prior. In short they are interested in making the most amount of money with the least amount of work and customer service is something they know very little about.

Avoid this body shop like the plague. They held my car hostage, kept making excuses why it wasnt done yet, forced me to cancel a hard-earned eye doctor exam because they said it would be ready, only to inform me the car wasnt done yet. It was supposed to be done at 10am Thursday. They called and said it would be done Friday at 8am. Then they called saying it would be done at 10am Friday, forcing me to cancel the eye doctor appointment I had a hard time to arrange. Then at ten they said "No, not done yet. Well call you". Well, Im still waiting, considering notifying the insurance company to remove them from their "preferred list" and possibly contacting my attorney. Im waiting for the ransom call - "Give us ten thousand dollars or we will never release your car to you". It wouldnt surprise me. Run as far as you can from this place. They are dishonest!!!

My husband and I have brought more than one vehicle here through time. They are consistantly very professional and polite. They repaired my vehicle impeccable well! She looks brand new. The repair took a little longer than quoted due to the dealership sending them incorrect parts but I feel as though the employees at three G were diligently working with the dealership to correct the problems. The only negative I have found is that the detailer went a little crazy with the armor all, the kids are sliding all over the place in the backseat, hehe! We couldnt be more pleased with the results!

Went in to get the front bumper replaced on my 2009 Civic through State Farm Insurance. This was the only shop in the Denver area that would see me in less than 3 weeks time. Within 5 days of calling in, I have my car back and it looks great. It spent 3 days in their shop, 2 less than estimated by Caliber Collision. The paint matching looks great. 11/10 on customer service, Geoff and his team are fantastic. I would highly recommend taking your car here.
