I brought my car to them for repair thinking I would be OK with a company that has been around for a long time. I would have been happier going elsewhere. The paint job is fine. However, I had to argue loudly with them to get them to polish out the dust and debris in the paint. Also, they tried to say some minor scratches to the rest of the car were there when it came in, some were and some were not. Again, it took arguing to get them to clean up their mistake. What really got me upset was that they were already re-painting about 40% of the car: hood two fenders and a door. I asked them how much to finish the car and they replied with an estimate that was twice what any other shop had quoted me for a full paint job (just weeks before the accident). When I tried to ask for just a touch up on a different fender instead, they again quoted the outrageous price saying they would not blend in spot work. Which was a complete lie; because they had told me that they were blending on one fender and a door for the insurance work. Ive waited several months to post this review, so I have had time to reflect on this experience and decided that others should be aware of how they work so they can avoid having the same problems I did. You may be better off going to a shop that wants to work. That said, the paint still looks fine.

I took my SUV to Bradford Auto Body in Littleton to have my front bumper completely replaced. I first went to have quote done of the price as it would not be filed under insurance. I went to several places and they were the cheapest. The quote was very accurate and included all final prices. The gentleman that was helping me was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I dropped my car off and was quoted 2-3 days. The car was finished in the estimated time. When I went to pick the car up they had also washed and vacuumed the inside as part of the package. I was very happy with the work done. There have been no issues. I have not had to return for any issues. I would highly recommend Bradford Auto Body to anyone. They were very helpful and friendly..

AWFUL, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner was RUDE, and I will NEVER EVER TAKE OUR VEHICLE BACK THERE AGAIN. I guess its time he retires. I dont even want to give one star, but I have to to post this.

They are just rude and unhelpful. I have been in twice thinking that maybe the first time, it was just a bad day. Nope. Rude the second time as well. Dont even waste your time.
