I can write pages on how this was a complete disaster since the start. I thought I would save you the novel and give you the short version. 1. Do not accept when they offer to book a rental for you, you are better off doing it yourself. 2. Keep copies of all your documentation as they have a difficult time with organization. 3. Beware of repair times, was told 4 days and it turned into 2 weeks (to the day). 4. Be sure to have your claim number with you every time you converse with them, had to tell them on 3 different occasions that this was not out of pocket it was through insurance. 5. Look at your estimate! Was told two different amounts and when my car was FINALLY ready the cost went up more than $1,200. 6. Your car will be in a dirtier condition than when you left it (whole windshield has smudges on the interior glass, dusty dirty finger prints all over the inside, scratches on the bottom interior from people getting in and out of your vehicle, random tools left on the seats etc.) 7. Do not give them the rental keys for drop off, was charged an additional day due to them not notifying Enterprise that it was dropped off I will say that the manager helped as much as he could in regards to the outrageous charges that were invoiced at the very end. He took off close to $1k, while I appreciate what was done it is ridiculous that it took arguing about that plus the fact that I was never notified about additional charges. That is almost $1k that they tried ripping me off. You have been warned. (I tried to make this short and sweet, apparently there were too many issues to not bring up)

I would not do business with Sheila Samuel (owner) or her bestfriend and Assistant manager (Michale). These people are con-artist and scammers. Sheila S. gives GIFTS to her employees then take the money out of their checks without consent. This is unethical, unprofessional, and very illegal. As nice as these people come off it is just a cover up of how EVIL they really are. They caused one of their employees to go through an eviction because they gave her gifts (without her asking but out the kindness out of Sheilas heart) and decided they did not like her anymore then fired her 3 weeks within the job then cancelled her checks without any acknowledgement. She basically WORKED FOR FREE. I dont understand how someone can have such a cold heart and give something just to take it back out of spite. If Michale does not like you she will put a bug in Sheilas ear and encourage her change of heart for decisions she has already made. These two are con-artist and will reap everything they have sowed. KARMA! I encourage everyone reading this to be careful who you do business with... these people are here to smile in your face and stab you in the back. BE AWARE!!! Look how the company owner responds to one of their previous employees smh thats is so unprofessional to put personal business and check amounts on google review. Smh.

I have had 2 cars fixed here with insurance claims with no problems. I tried to get an estimate to fix the hail damage on my car. When I called, the lady said I could come in today and get an estimate, but when I told her, I did not have insurance, she told be the first appointment was a week away. I made the appointment and they emailed a reminder. When I got there they couldnt find my appointment. After the fourth time of telling them that I didnt have insurance, the estimator reluctantly took a look at the car, the first verbal estimate was 7k, then he told me the estimate would take an hour, I said ok, Ill get my wife to come get me, then he said it will be 10k, and he told me it would take 6 weeks to repair my car, not to start repairing my car but 6 weeks after they start, and finally the PDR guy came and said no PDR then he told me 12k. I asked him to email the qoute. He said he wouldnt waste his time, that I was not going to pay that. I told him, I might just get the hood and right brake light fixed, he still refused to do a quote. The whole thing took 10 minutes. I will never take another car here, and i will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

After a freak hail storm I brought my car in here to get taken care of. I knew that it would take some time but my insurance set me up with a rental - no problem. After weeks without updates I finally called to ask about my car. Keith let me know it was just being finished up and would possibly be ready the next day - Friday. I called on Friday after no communication. Keith was out to lunch but the receptionist said he would call me back. He never did. I called on Monday. Keith said it was being polished but that it would be done Tuesday. I called on Tuesday. It was getting detailed. Maybe Wednesday or Thursday. It is now going on 9 business days since I was told it would be ready. Look - the bottom line is the communication here is horrible. Now I have to drive there tomorrow and check in on my car. How ridiculous is that? That I do not know the status or timeline of MY car. Imagine leaving your kid at daycare and trying to check in, only to get vague answers about their well-being. A simple update on the progress of the repair and a realistic timemine is all that I expected. Not too unreasonable right?

First off let me say that this shop not only does a high quality job, but they hire high quality people. Car Star genuinely cares about every car owner and their needs/repairs. They’re the quickest shop I have ever been to and I’m beyond impressed with the quality/connivance. I’m not very confident in my car knowledge and feel anxious taking my car in to get work done because I never know what they’ll find. If additional work is needed they come to me with ethical, reasonable options that make sense and help me make an educated decision that I’m 100% comfortable with. The communication is OUTSTANDING! They have text updates and answer the phone every time I call. They don’t just put a Band-Aid on a broken arm they make quality and ethical repairs. Side note- they tinted my windows and did an AMAZING job I absolutely love it! I had someone break my passenger window and Car Star had my car window assessed, fixed, re-tinted and ready go in less than 48 hours. I was so impressed! The price was very reasonable and again the service was beyond exceptional.

THIS IS AN EXTREMELY GREAT PLACE TO WORK!!! Sheila and Jeff take a lot of pride in their employees, and make sure that were very well taken care of. They treat us more like family than colleagues. Sheila has an open door policy so you can come to her with any discrepancies. There are around thirty different employees all, with different ethnical backgrounds. They treat everyone equally and expect professionalim in making sure customer service and the quality of life for employees are well above whats expected of any small buissiness owner. My family and I are so greatful to be a part of this establishment. Our dearest gratitude , The Korneev Family
