I just want to preface my comments by saying the work is fantastic. I have had 2 cars serviced here and have been incredibly happy with the quality. That being said, I will never take another car here again, nor refer anyone to Ultimate Auto Body Werks. I dropped off my new Audi S5 to be repaired and was promised that I would have it in 1.5 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called to get the status and was told that a bigger job had come in and my car had been pushed back. After 3 weeks I called again, and it still was not ready. Finally, I was able to get it at 5pm on a Friday. I had to call to make payment as they had never given me an updated time of completion. They refused to take credit card over the phone unless I paid a 1.5% surcharge. I did this just to be over with it When I picked up my car, there was a huge 3-way crack in the windshield right in the drivers view, which was not there when I dropped it off (nor a chip or a speck). I was told that I would receive a phone call about this on Monday. No call. I finally called the manager (Monica) on Tuesday and she acted surprised that no one had contacted me. She informed me that someone would call same day to get it taken care of. I verified that they would be using Audi glass and she confirmed. I received a call by their install guy who had time to come out same-day to fix my windshield. I verified with him that it would be Audi glass and he confirmed. After removing my cracked windshield (and turning it into a spiderweb of cracks), only to find that his AFTERMARKET glass that he tried to replace it with did not fit. Now my car is sitting with a completely shattered windshield, held in place by a few pieces of masking tape, rear view mirror hanging from wires, being told that it can take days to weeks to get the right glass ordered. IMO- service is as important as quality. Here, Quality = A ; Service = F. A C average is just not good enough.

The only reason I visited the place is becuase Gerber Collision said they were able to repair my car, but there was backlog from hail damage in denver area, so I had to wait till september to get my car fixed. In order to get my car fixed quickly I called Ultimate Auto Body Werks. I called them one day ahead of my visit, the girl on the phone said to come by for an estimate and they could do an immediate repair if possible. I gave her the make, model and informed them I would be paying out of packet for head light and bonnet damage. The girls even mentions that Honda car parts are easily available. I again called on the day I was visiting to make sure everything was fine to get an estimate. When I showed up the lady behind the desk did not acknowlege me, let alone greet me. I had to call her to come help me. After she came up to help me, she asked me to fill up my contact information. Suddenly a bald headed guy shows up doesnt even check my car (and doesnt even greet me) and says we dont do old model cars, something like they dont have spare parts for 96 honda accord model. Either way I told him to check my car. He comes back and gave a phone number for OEM parts dealer and says he cant do the reapir work. Also on a side note the lady behind the counter seemed intimidated by this bald headed guy, they were talking about a PO number missing and he seemed a bit agitated with her. I dont understand why they told me to drive there over the phone, if they knew they wouldnt carry the parts.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Went by today for a quick estimate on some minor bumper work. Stood there ignored by staff for at least five minutes after they helped the man in front of me. Once finally helped was told by the blonde woman at the front desk that they were too busy to give an estimate, as the person needed to do paperwork and that I needed to come back before 4:30 next time. Attempted to explain to said woman that I could never arrive before 4:30 due to work politely...she proceeded to roll her eyes, turn around and actually cover her ears to block out my voice. MATURE. I then was asked if I needed help by the estimate woman (short dark hair) and I told her the same thing. She then said the same thing about not being able to help me so she can do paperwork. Clearly paperwork is more important to them than customer service, potential customers or potential business, in general. I was referred to this place by my Subaru dealership and I will be following up with them about how rude they are to potential customers and ensuring they never refer this place to anyone again. If this is how they treat a potential customer, I would be horrified to see how they treat you and your car once they have your business!

I recently had an urgent auto issue when I was on a trip to Littleton, Colorado. I was visiting an old college buddy and while he was at work he let me borrow his car to explore the town. Well I did a little too much “exploring” and blew a tire and bent a rim after hitting a pot hole. My friend is a little on the high stress side so this was the last thing I wanted to call him at work and bother him with. Lucky for me I happened to be at a gas station where the owner knew of a body shop that could help me out quick. He recommended Ultimate Auto Body Werks and even personally called the mechanic for me. This is why I love small towns so much! I got a tow over to Ultimate and the guys did an emergency expedited fix on my wheel since they were worried about me having a nice vacation. This is the type of personal auto mechanic work I can never find living in Los Angeles. They had my tire and rim fixed within a few hours and I even made it back to pick up my buddy from work. He had no clue anything was wrong but I still told him the story over a couple of beers at the bar. We both had a chuckle. So I just wanted to say thanks to Ultimate Auto Body Werks for saving my stay in Littleton.

HORRID. Basic story: Waited one month for a HORRIBLE job, that now needs to be redone. Cullen Allen, the owner cussed me out on the phone because I was coming in when HE originally asked me too. He said "That F***ING PISSED ME OFF, I WAS JUST GOING TO LEAVE YOUR HOOD OFF AND LEAVE OUT SIDE!" Now, I can see why Cullen also asked me to have "Empathy" for him because he was loosing staff and that was apparently the delay. Next in line is one of the employees stated how much of a Hot Head the owner can be and how it causes work delays. I am without question -- upset. The team was able to paint my hood, but had massive scratches in the paint work upon my Clear Bra shops inspection, because they did not want to be RELIABLE for me seeing that there was Primer showing through the newly painted hood. I am DISGUSTED with how I was treated, how poorly managed this place is and how the owner talks to customer as if we are some sort of dog. I will be also filing a BBB claim against Ultimate. Its sad that every review, they say "false claim, litigation will follow"... terrible customer service. People have much better things to do than write bad reviews.
