Worst costumer service of an autobody shop Ive ever been to in my life. I talked to John Groome who seemed nice at the get go. I was taking my wifes car in to get hail damage repaired. Everything seemed great. Then I called the next day to hold off on repairing anything because I wanted to pocket some cash of things that didnt need to be repaired. Thats when he got short with me. Yes it was my fault that I did not let him know this before, but in all honesty, I changed my mind. John said snide comments like "Well, it would have been nice to know about this ahead of time..." I apologized to him profusely. He still seemed short with me, probably because he wasnt getting the business anymore. He charged me a fee of about 850 dollars for labor of taking the car apart and putting it back together without doing any work to it. After speaking with other people, they told me it was in my best interest to get the bad parts fixed. So, I called him back that following Monday and luckily they hadnt put the car back together yet. Still John seemed very short as if he was upset Ive changed my mind twice. I kept thinking to myself "is this costumer service, that I have to feel like Im walking on eggshells?" None the less the parts were worked on. Finally I go to pick up the car and there are still 3 dents on the roof. I asked the guy working there to explain. He didnt know so he grabbed a guy in the shop that told me when someone repaints the roof, it forms little spots that look like dents that are not actually dents. (I called the previous owner, who is family, and he told me he had never repainted the roof and he bought it new.) I never repainted the roof either. Aside from all this, parts that got put back together look poorly attached. A C+ effort at most, not to mention scratches around the headlights and back bumper which were not there before. I thought it was over, but then the next day after picking up the car we had a flat tire. I took it in to get it fixed at goodyear (great costumer service by the way) when the guy that fixed it told me it was a piece of wood that had to "hit the tire just at the right angle to pierce it." I can only imagine how that happened. Needless to say, because of my experience, I will never be taking a vehicle back to Maaco. I would reccomend you steer clear as well.

Ive been to this MAACO three different times for different vehicles and each experience has exceeded my expectations. I had a hood and bumper painted for a 2005 Jetta. I dropped off the parts and left only a paint code. The resulting job matched the stock paint very well and the quality of the paint rivaled the stock finish. Months later I returned with a friends s2000 who was deployed. His vehicle was going from stock silver to a two stage black with silver flecks. I was having major body work (rear quarter) and hail damage removal done as well. The end result was excellent. No overspray, drips, and orange peel was at a minimum. Attention to detail is beyond what you would expect from a body shop - for instance, the drivers door handle rod had become disconnected from the handle so the door only opened from the inside. I have to remove the door panel to fix this. Although I didnt ask for this repair, the tech noticed the issue when he had the panel off while painting the door and fixed the latch. Unfortunately, I was unable to pick up the vehicle because I had some out of state DOD training. My friend was unable to be contacted as well. The vehicle sat for over 6 weeks without payment or communication. When I finally got a hold of the staff they were very understanding and the owner waived all of the late fees (well over $1000 at this point). Last week I dropped off my F150 for a hood repaint. Alex, who helped me in the past, was very helpful. He took the time to explain the issues with my paint in great detail. I had forgotten to bring a part that needed to be painted as well (mirror cover) and he held off on the job until I could get one sent to the shop in the mail. I drive over two hours to this MAACO and pass about 4 others on the way. Alex and the rest of the staff at this MAACO will take care of you, do quality work, and maintain the upmost professionalism. Ill be back for more business.

I recently brought in my 2017 Lexus after an accident left it with some front end damage. Frank at the Littleton location was with me every step of the way. He went above and beyond for me and my baby Lexus, who I named Crowley. Frank had to play phone tag with me to leave me information regarding my repairs which he was more than happy to do. He also remembered I call my Lexus Crowley. When I arrived to pick Crowley up, he was kind enough to help me figure out payments as we all know car repairs can be pricey. When I first got back into Crowley I noticed my custom made shift knob had been broken and some white paint was on my steering wheel. Frank must of realized something was wrong and he came out to my car first. He immediately took it back and cleaned the car up as well as attempting to fix my custom shift knob as best as he could until my replacement could come in, which he offered to reimburse me for! He went above and beyond for me trying to make the situation right and even giggled with me as I was apologizing for being a "difficult customer". He himself glued and pinstriped color matched the crack in my shift knob to get me by until my new one could be ordered. I think its this kind of service and care that every human should receive during car repairs. We all know they can be pricey and stressful, and sometimes repair companys are quick to dismiss the common courtesy that should be given from both parties. I will definitely be recommending Maaco, specifically Frank, to friends who need repairs, as well as returning should Crowley need something else. Thank you to Frank for fixing my baby and going the extra distance to fix a personal touch in my car that was damaged during repairs. Beyond happy!

Things started of great, good price for complete paint job. Then things went south. Having a modified engine in car they just had a person with no knowledge of these kinds of cars start to move it, well he didnt know how to start car over revved motor. Told person inside what had happened just asked to be careful when starting he began to argue. Overlooked that. Went to pick up car before I had a chance to look car over they were just pushing to sign off on paint work and pay them. They werent happy that I paid with check. So in my haste I was ready to just get out of there. When got home looked car over saw that they didnt prepare car very good lots of spots that paint didnt stick. So I called to get some touch up paint, which I thought should be included for chips that occur. So picked that up wrong match, called to tell them about that made excuses about spray verses brush, said come and they would fix the problem. Well had to drive back over again to get correct color showed them pics of what they gave to me and how it looked on car.So they were getting paint manager that set up deal seen me said what do you want now. Im just getting the touch up paint, just walked away with angry look on face. Very rude people running that place, it not worth saving a few dollars to deal with them go else where.
