They replaced my side mirror. After 6 months the paint started peeling off slowly. I contacted them when it was already looked terrible, but it was more than a year. I was sure that it was "life-time" warranty per their ad. Very poor quality of the side mirror paint. I contacted them but they said that it was prepainted and they bought it from official Toyota parts dealer. And for that parts its only 1 year of the warranty. Dont know how to leave negative rating for that dealer also. And I cant believe that official Toyota part can have such a low paint quality. I am almost sure its a ABRAs fault. Ended up paying another body shop to paint side mirror. They said that side mirror wasnt prepared for painting properly. I will not use Abras service anymore.

I ran over a piece of tire that was on the road and the shield under my car came loose and was dragging. I stopped by this ABRA location because it was right there. I obviously didnt have an appointment but they looked at it and fixed it for me right away - it only took them about 20 minutes. I was on my way to work so I was very appreciative of their quick service and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be taking any future auto body / glass repair business to them!

Abra is the best!! Ive dealt with them twice, and their service is outstanding. Not only do they perform outstanding body work, but they also treat you like royalty. They drove me home after I dropped off my car for service. Then they brought my car to me after my service! I will most certainly go to Abra Highlands Ranch if needed in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking pain-free body work on their vehicle!

This is my first review on any shop or business, I usually would not wright a review but my experience with them in recent visit about my warranty was beyond dissatisfied. they lied to me about my vehicles status, location and did not repair what they promised under warranty. They have lost my trust and business for any future auto body repair. Please stay away from this location.

Biased opinion here. This is an awesome location from a big chain of body shops. Abra has locations all over the city but after doing business with this location I have decided to keep my business here. Very helpful staff and very clean shop, all repairs exceed expectations too!

I can not seem to get work scheduled, Lisa "The Hartford claim expert" has let my claim sit for days without contacting me or the insurance company. I gave here the name and number of the rep I have been dealing with, she blew me off and wont return my calls, i dont get it.

I had a great experience with Abra. They were easy to contact, easy to schedule, worked well with my insurance company and on time for our appointment. Their tech fixed my windshield quickly and was easy to work with. Id recommend them and use them again.

Broke the rear proximity sensor while repairing the rear bumper. They pointed it out when we went to pickup the vehicle. They ordered new sensor and installed it free or charge although we had to call to remind them that they offered to do so.

I have had two windows replaced. Both times they showed up to the house on time and did good work. Got a chip a couple months later that they repaired free of charge.

Had a bunch of body work done to the front end after hitting wildlife, service was good only a few minor problems that they fixed after I noticed them.
