First off, let me say I have not had any repairs to my Saab done at Mile Hi and the interactions Ive had with them have been nothing but professional. However, from a cost and customer service standpoint, you can find way better for a short drive further. I have had to have a few significant repairs to my Saab and each time Mile Hi was priced the highest. For those of you that think youre paying extra for honest, competent service at Mile Hi, there is a place that can provide both those things for a much cheaper price - East of Sweden. East of Sweden (a Saab specialist in Broomfield) has provided the best auto repair experience I have ever had. I live in Denver and drive to Broomfield just to go to there. You can read my full review on their Yelp page, but heres a quick anecdote that involves both East of Sweden and Mile Hi: I had my car towed to Mile Hi after it wouldnt start because it was the closest place. They wanted over $700 to replace the fuel pump. I called up East of Sweden, which I had been to a couple times before, and their estimate was only $440! I even checked back with Mile Hi, and they were doing the same exact work. When I told Mile Hi about the price difference, they couldnt explain it and they didnt really care to try. It turned out to be cheaper to tow my car from Denver to Broomfield ($130) and pay the diagnosis fee at Mile Hi ($60), than to let Mile Hi do the work. Then, without even being prompted, East of Sweden lowered the price for the repair even more to cover the cost of the diagnosis fee at Mile Hi. I paid only $385! And trust me, they provide high quality repair work. If I could give any Denver-Metro Saab owner one piece of advice, drive a few extra miles to take your car to East of Sweden first and receive the best service for the best price.

I called on a Thursday and spoke with Michael regarding an appointment for repairs on my hail damaged vehicle. He said he could get me in the following week for repairs. I brought my vehicle in the following Wednesday at 8 am, which is the time we agreed upon over the phone, however when I got there he said he had no records of my scheduled appointment nor did he have any recollection of ever speaking with me. He told me he could not take my vehicle and it would be 3 months before he could get me in. He also told me it was odd to schedule a drop off in the middle of the week, however while I was waiting there were two other individuals who walked right in and dropped their cars of for repairs. I was absolutely livid. He was friendly when we spoke on the phone, and he walked me through their repair schedule. I told him my estimate was for 96 hours, and he said at 4 hours of labor per day it would take about 24 days to repair. He then gave me the numbers for two rental car companies, which I called and scheduled a reservation with. Because Michael was so negligent, I had to reschedule an appointment with another shop and reschedule my rental car reservation as well. This was such a frustrating experience I would recommend everyone against going here for repairs.

I can highly recommend this place. They fixed my Saab in just about one day and they did a really good job for a reasonable price. I was on a road trip to go skiing and my Saabs alternator and ABS module failed. I had to leave my Saab in Denver, rented a car and went skiing. So I was actually just driving through Denver and there was little time to fix my car without delaying the whole trip. I left my Saab there Saturday and they started working on it on Monday. Tuesday morning the car was already fixed! The service of Mile Hi Body shop was really good since I could handle everything via the phone with Steve (cool guy, even speaks German). He explained all the issues to me and offered different options on how to repair it (even fit my college student budget). Payment was done via phone and I was also able to arrange a late pickup after working hours that worked for me. After about one week later and roughly 1000 miles, my Saab is still running great and I am glad I brought my Saab to the Mile Hi Body Shop. If youre looking for a place to get your car taken care of, you just found it! Excellent Service and Excellent Quality!

My wife and I brought our 2008 BMW in to have an appraisal and body repair done in late October. Mike in body took a look at the car and collected pictures of the damages. He had said that the shop was busy and wouldnt be able to have the car serviced until after the new year most likely. We have not heard back from him since October, yet we have called and spoken to him 4 times, one of which time he said he had lost our file. Since our initial visit and he has not returned our calls to set up an appointment or communicated with us concerning a date for repair. My wife and I read the reviews for Mile High and were impressed in the beginning, but now we are left scratching our heads wondering how this business received such high regards. We are not happy and wanted to share that clearly Mike and Mile High Saab has dropped the ball on customer service and professional etiquette. We will be seeking another repair shop to help us fix what should of been done months ago. Thank you for wasting our time guys.

Excellent, knowledgeable service. Why havent I been taking my Saab 9-5 Aero here all along? I asked myself that after being referred to this shop after my previous mechanic "broke up" with my 2003 Saab. These guys are not only extremely knowledgeable when it comes to faulty issues with these cars, but are also passionate about them and want to keep them on the road. I had my ACC system serviced along with my rear trunk. I was given a demonstration of the Saab 9-5 heater box and why the motors broke which helped me understand the root of the issue I was having. Ill be coming back in the future for any repairs/service on my car.

They are the best, and Steve in parts is a joy. I took a car that I was looking at buying to them for an inspection. They were incredibly thorough, and they actually test both compression and cylinder leakage (no one else does this). When I came back to hear the report Steve took the time not only to explain what each part that needed to be replaced did, he also showed it to me on an actual engine, so he could point out the where and why of the part, and make sure I really understood. They are honest, patient, friendly, helpful almost to a fault and just about the best mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Loraine ( office personel ) went above and beyond to assist me. Just today I was trying to fix a window on my car when one of the mechanics, Don Marshall (DJ), gave me some tips on how to fix the problem. I then attempted the suggestion he made and was able to get the window mostly up. He saw my partially successful attempt and went out of his way to help me get the window fully up. Mile Hi Auto is definitely in my favorites. When "service" lines up with "character", you have a great company such as this one. Kiddos Mile Hi!
