Horrible customer service. I came here because this body shop is on our preferred shop list we give to customers. Because of my experience I will not be doing business with ABRA or referring my customers here. I came in and asked for an estimate on repainting the roof of my truck. The guy behind the desk said firmly, "I only do estimates by appointment." I said, "Ok sure when would your next available appointment be?" He was all booked up until the following week. I explained I work for State Farm and am just on a lunch break, would he have anything around lunchtime or after 5:00PM? Again, I got a very firm response, "I dont do estimates after 5 oclock and I dont have any appointments available around lunch." I understand what a busy day is like, but even if that was the case it is no excuse to treat a customer like he did. I am not coming in for an insurance claim, I will be paying for the repair out of my own pocket and have the choice to go to whichever body shop I want. Why would you refuse business like that or be so unaccommodating to the point I wanted to go elsewhere, which I did. I left and stopped by 2 body shops on the way back to work, TWO. Both were able to give me an estimate on the spot.

This is the absolute worst body shop in greeley! I will never take my car here again and I will let everyone I know how horrible your services are! I took my car here for hail damage and it was the worst decision Ive ever made considering Ive had to take it back 4 times for repairs that were not completed the first time! After over a month of being in your shop for hail damage I get my car back with overspray all over my headlights and dust and grime all over my black seats! After taking my car home I find out the passenger door does not function correctly because you failed to put the panel back together properly. Next I take my car to a car wash to find out my front windshield is leaking water into my interior. And its "fixed" by adding black sealant onto my white car. Now I get into my car after a rainstorm to find my back ceiling dripping into my back seat from yet another bad sealing of the windshield. Which has soaked the ceiling of my car and my whole backseat. I repeat never ever take your car to this disaster of a body shop! Thank you for ruining my 2015 Dodge Charger

Terrible customer service! It had taken 6 weeks to have my vehicle scheduled and then when they had my vehicle in for repair it took 5 full weeks to repair my vehicle! The woman at the desk who scheduled me said it would take at least a week, not knowing for sure. I had to call them every week to find out it wasnt close to being ready, though they made it sound design like they were making progress. Clearly, I would never go back to use their services!

Receptionist has the worst customer service skills. She made it abundantly clear that they have plenty of business and I could go elsewhere if I wasnt happy with a waiting list to even make an appointment.
