I just bought a brand new car last summer, and only a few months later I got rear ended near my house. Its my first brand new car ever, and so I was really bummed (even though it could have been a lot worse). Fast forward a few months and I am researching a body shop in Aurora. This one came up with great reviews so I took it in to and met with Phil. Phil has been extremely helpful and very professional with explaining the entire process with me. I got an estimate with another shop (insurance mandated), but I took it to Phil and ACC instead. The team there took great care in making sure all parts were covered, never once did I feel they were shortchanging me, or cutting corners. They took a few weeks for the repair, and Phil kept me in the loop with all updates and changes. They worked with the insurance company and took care of all that. When I got my car back it looked brand new again. I was afraid that it being so new that repairs would be an issue, but they are competent, knowledgeable and precise with their work. I have been driving my car again for a week and half since picking up and it is like when I just bought it. That to me, is the best part. I just bought this car, then got an accident, but having it back from ACC it feels and looks like nothing happened. Phil is a great guy who kept me updated, felt he was honest and I could tell he was proud of his work. Im especially glad to help a local business instead of taking it to the dealership or some national chain. Its very important to me to support local business in Colorado so I was glad to find a shop that does good work. All is good now, and I would be happy to recommend Aurora Collision Center for any car repair. Thanks

In the last year, Ive unfortunately needed to have body work done twice on my Mazda 3 hatchback. I wish Id come to ACC on my first visit, but I was not so lucky. But after a terrible experience at another local repair shop, I brought my car to Aurora Collision Center the second time and couldnt be more happy with their work and customer service. Whereas the first place I went to took twice as long as they said it would take to fix my car, ACC fixed everything in the timeframe they promised. I had to return twice to the first place that fixed my car because the job wasnt done properly, but ACC did a great job the first time! The communication at ACC is top notch, also. They gave me emails, letters and phone calls at least daily to keep me apprised of what was happening with my car (with the other place, I typically had to call them to get updates). Aurora Collision Center was courteous, helpful, professional, punctual and left me feeling well taken care of. Phil, Tammy and the ACC team know the definition of customer service and execute it very well. I highly and exuberantly recommend their services.

We asked for a quote to repair a couple of doors on a 2008 chevy aveo. We mentionned that the car was obviously not worth that much anymore, around $4000, asked if it was possible to stay on the cheap side, like to use parts for a junk yard or something. The guy said sure, but you cant bring your own parts, well find them for you. He said he would have to charge us $25 for the quote but that it would go towards the repairs if we ended up doing the work with them. We said ok, pease give us a quote. After literaly 2 minutes, before he was even done, the bill was already above $3000. We gave him his $25 and left. Also worth mentionning, during the time we were there, another customer showed up. The employee who was serving us just turned away and started interacting with the new customer, telling him that he would have to come back later to get his quote and telling him of course that he would have to get the $25 upfront, obviously. Looks like the quote thing is a significant part of their buisness. Well, way to go, $25 for 2 minutes of "work".

I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone needing any sort of body work done on their car. A great mechanic referred them to me to assist with some light stains I had unknowingly gotten on my brand new white car. After a few other places, including my own dealership, couldnt seem to help my problem I went here thinking I was about to pay a great deal of money to have them removed. Tammy at the front desk could NOT have been more nice and helpful. I arrived about 10 minutes before close, and she herself got up, looked at the stains, and went to grab a hand polish to see if that would do the trick. Instead of charging me and taking my car in for paint work, which she very well could have, she stayed with me for 45 minutes rubbing out the stains herself. I was told by so many other sources that the stains had reached the paint and that it was a serious issue that would need paint work, but all it took was a bit of insight and help from Tammy. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone!

I have known Phil for many years and have had the pleasure of interacting with him for both business and personal repairs. He has done everything from painting small parts to doing extensive body and paint work for me. The work is always top-notch. Phils shop is not a "big-box" production line; his is a tightly run, organized operation. Every employee has a persistent attention to detail and is trained and proficient in the most modern repair techniques. Phils experience and business ethics also lend a major advantage when dealing with insurance companies. Often insurance companies want to "cut corners" to keep repair costs down. Phil will not allow a vehicle to leave his shop until it is absolutely right. If that means going to bat against the insurance company, hell do it for you. Without question, Aurora Collision Center is the best choice for your paint and body work needs.

The first time at Aurora Collision Center was quite by accident! :) The emotional impact of being without a car due to an accident is so difficult and it helps when you know your car is in good hands with Phil. My car was new...I had had it for 6 months....and I was concerned that the paint wouldnt match or I would hear a rattle all the time. It has been 3 years now and the paint still matches and no rattle!! We have been repeat customers, and I wouldnt trust any vehicle in our family to anyone else but Phil! Thanks for the honesty and integrity!! I hope it is a long, long time before we see you again after picking up the purple car tomorrow.

This is by far the best business I have ever been to. Everyone in the shop is amazing. They were all so helpful and understanding when I had my accident and needed my car fixed. Tammy was such a joy and pleasant person to work with. Phil is amazing he really went the extra mile to make my car perfect for me. The whole process was easy and they explained everything to me, such as the repairs and why and when they would be done. I will never go anywhere else but ACC.
