This was the least professional experience I have ever encountered regarding the auto business. Do not take your vehicle here! I dropped my car off last Wednesday morning because my brakes werent working well. The woman at the front desk let me know that they would check on my car that day, and let me know the status, and an estimate. I never heard back from them. I called them Thursday to check the status, and he said he didnt have time to look at the vehicle. He told me it would take about an hour, and they would give me a call. I never heard back from them, and had to call back Friday. He told me he looked at the brakes, and he could get it done, but not until Saturday. I called Saturday to check on the vehicle, no answer. Monday morning, I called to check on the vehicle, and they still told me they didnt have an estimate! They asked me to call back in an hour. Once I called back, they told me they would have to order another part to fix my vehicle. They never called me once. I ALWAYS had to call them to check in, and my vehicle never got fixed. After speaking with their lead mechanic, he refused to hear my claims, objectified me, and repeatedly cut me off mid-sentence. Save yourself the trouble and DONT take your vehicle here!!

Great shop with a knowledgeable and honest people. Johnny is a nice guy and pleasure to work with. He is honest, friendly, and expert in what he does. I have brought 2 cars to him for service in the last few months and I have been extremely pleased with the quality of service and his expertise while he has charged me very reasonable. I usually dont do these on-line reviews, but my experience was so good that Im actually going to recommend him to all my family, friends and co-workers. Finding a good mechanic to trust for a superior service is not so easy to come up these days. I highly recommend this shop. Thanks for the outstanding service and customer care!

It is a family owned business and they are skilled, reliable, and honest. This is a family of good, decent people and they know more about auto mechanics than I could ever imagine. went about 6 months ago my bmw wasnt starting they found out if was the fuel pump and they said they replaced it !! which it was a lie i went to california and car broke down again a reputable bmw shop showed me that the pump was never changed ! and they charge me 300 for the pump.. i had to pay an additonal 700 to get i replaced. if you dont believe me i can show you the old pump they never replaced. dont go there!!!

Referred by a friend that has had really good luck with them, but ours was completely opposite! They put a bandaid on our car and charged us $1,200. Went back to try and discuss this with them and get it fixed and they demanded we get off the property. Went to another mechanic and they said that used parts were put on our car. I believe that new parts were put on and shown to us and taken off.

Very helpful. Stopped in to have a snap ring installed in a transfer case adapter and a few welds on a shift fork. The mechanic who helped knows his rock crawling and tech.
