Do not go to the Meineke on Camden Blvd. My family and I have now experienced multiple issues with this company. I thought it was a fluke at first, but after careful speculation and multiple visits I know its due to negligence on the companies and the employees behalves. I have my masters degree in business administration and in no way could I run a business like this and make net profits/revenues without cheating people out of their money. They have forgotten multiple times now to top of the fluids in our cars causing them to run dry in the middle of us driving them and burn the engines up. Fortunately we have some common sense and stopped before critical damage was done. I was able to fill up my own antifreeze and it would have only taken them a couple minutes to do so. Now they expect us to pay not only for the services they didnt perform but if any damage was done to my families vehicle they expect them to pay for that too. Not only that, every time I have brought my vehicle in, the next day it has a new issue. I brought it in for an oil change, my radio did not work the next day. I brought it in to get the radio fixed, my brights turn on now every time I turn my right turn signal on. It goes on and on and they tried to keep making me pay for it. I understand things happen but not at this rate. I hope the owner views this complaint and runs an internal and external audit. At least maybe it would make them change their ways before their ignorance gets someone seriously hurt. This comment section is not even big enough to fit my frustrations with this company. Do not let them touch your vehicle and keep messing it up until you can no longer fix it due to their stupidity.

Horrible customer service....... Last week, I decide I need an oil change. I go online on Wednesday to schedule an appointment for Saturday. I schedule for 8 am. (My time is precious, and I do not have two or three hours on my only day off to waste, so yes, I scheduled an appointment) When I pull up to the location on Saturday about 7:50 am, there are about 8 people waiting in line. I figure, no problem. I have an appointment. So I take my place in line. The doors open, and I patiently wait. It is about 8:15 now, and there are still 3 people ahead checking in...I see that they have started to pull in cars of the people ahead of me. None of these people had appointments. So i just ask the manager, Hey, I had scheduled an appointment for 8 am. I am going to have to wait behind all of these people in line? The manager states, our computer system is not even hooked up with the online appointment scheduler....... so we can not even see if you schedule an appointment. So why is it on the website I ask... His reply..... good question..... and that was it. I just turned and walked out.... I will never take my business there again. I did call another Meineke off of Powers to ask for the corporate phone number because the manager at the location in Fountain said he did not have it. Troy listened to my complaint as to why I needed the corporate phone number. He said that he could get me in even though it was the 4th of July weekend, and even gave me a free oil change for my trouble at the other location. I have a new Meineke now!!!

Back in August 2014 one of my tires in my Ford Focus 12 went flat and needed repair, so I took just the tire for repair to Meineke Car Care Center in Fountain which the Assistant Manager determined the "TPMS" was bad and needed to be replaced. Also, the Assistant Manager noted they could not "re-programmed" the TPMS because they did not have the equipment to do so and the car was not present, and I could do so at the Ford dealer for "free". Since it cost me quite a bit of $$, I asked the AM to provide an estimate for a full set of new tires for the car (which he forgot at that moment and had to return that evening to collect) to offset the treatment in the service and find some compassion by which the AM replied with an estimate of cheap tires (I researched them) at an outrageous price that included mounting, balance and so forth. I contacted the GM that same evening to complaint to which he assure me will resolve the matter, but unfortunately neither the customer service treatment nor the new tires estimate have been returned to me. To conclude, Im still looking to solve the "TPMS" repair on my tire between the Ford dealer and other tire centers... Bottom line, I will not recommend this place to no one (friend or even foe), ever!!! Wont trust them!! -

I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. When I arrived, I found that they didnt have appointments booked. Everyone is a walk in. I told them that I had an appointment and wanted to use the discount that they offered online for the oil change. I was told I needed to show the coupon (which of course, I couldnt find again). At the end of my appointment I was told that I needed several things, including a power steering flush. They couldnt have known if Id already done one, they just recommend it. Their cost is $80. Down the street, I pay $53. I had asked on my appointment confirmation for them to check my control arm bushings as I knew they needed to be replaced. If their system had been hooked up to appointments, he couldve made that sale, because he already had my car in the air and I was prepared to male the repair. Instead, Ill take my car down the street and pay less. These guys are ok for a cheap oil change. But if you can do it on your own... do it. It wont be any quicker or cheaper here, unless maybe youre running full synthetic.....

I originally entered the shop on 4/17/2015 because my check engine light had turned on and there was smoke coming from under the hood. I was given an invoice that included changing my spark plugs and replacing an IAC sensor. The total cost was $800 and I paid it. After paying all of that money, none of my original concerns were addressed. My check engine light is still on and the car was smoking far worse. After going back into the shop again, I had to spend another $480 to have the water pump replaced. When I asked why they didnt catch it the previous week, Jason, the mechanic at the desk told me that it was leaking but it didnt look like it was that bad. Now I have to find another mechanic because my car will not start at all. I would never recommend ever going to this location. They are kind, but you will end up overpaying for work and who knows if the work that they do will actually solve the problems.

They speak to customers like we do not know anything about our vehicles. The fact of the matter is that I wanted to compare the cost of replacing the brakes on my car at Meineke or the dealership. Meineke told me that there are over 2000 moving parts in a break system and until you bring the vehicle in, we cant give you an estimate. They would not even give me a base price over the phone and when I told them that I was trying to compare prices they told me that if I could get an estimate over the phone from someone else I should take it there. Believe me, I got an estimate, and I AM going elsewhere.
