When my son told me he took his vehicle to Les Schwab, I was worried. I had a very bad experience with the one in Brighton and swore Id never go back. The guys at the Commerce City location were amazing! My son went out of town so I had to fill in and they would call me with updates and even asked me to come down once to show the damage that was done when his control arm broke. I believe the mechanic we worked with the most was Chase. He did a wonderful job being not only knowledgeable about the vehicle but also helpful and he was caring. As long as the staff here continues their great work, I will come back. Thank you guys for your help! Youve been amazing!

We live near the Commerce City store. I ran over a nail and called into Les Schwab. They immediately sent a person to come assist me. After we changed the tire, I took my SUV for servicing. The tech immediately knew what needed to be fixed. I also felt that they were not trying to up sell me or offer unnecessary services. Their customer service was impeccable and pricing was the lowest I have encountered. My husband just took our truck in for servicing and they took care of him again. I would highly recommend Les Schwab in Commerce City. Great staff, quick services and unbeatable pricing. Thank you for your service. It is truly rare to find.

Beware of the job your getting. Went in a few weeks ago and got a 59$ alignment and today I send my wife to get an alignment done on her car and they want to charge $80 for a partial alignment and over $100 for a full alignment, am I missing something here? I am a mechanic and sent all my customers to this shop for alignment work, not anymore. Its like me telling my customers youre going to get a partial oil change for a certain price. And not to mention when my wife called, the lady that answered the phone was rude and when she got there she was trying to apologize and saying thats mechanic talk. What about customers?

Pay Back

Since they moved into my neighborhood I was hesitant about taking any of my vehicles somewhere other than Discount Tire. Took a chance and I will never look back. Customer Service and attention to detail along with care of wheels/tires/brakes is great. They even wash the inside of your rim :) While your there for new tires/service theyll check your alignment with a great laser guided machine and ensure your purchase stays true down the road. I was very impressed and this is coming from a guy with a creature of habit of not changing much. Worth checking out.

I called today to get some information since I have never been to this location. It is close to my house so I thought I would give them a try for brake repair. However, the lady that answered the phone was rude. Her answers were very short and not helpful at all. Not friendly or welcoming - I felt like I was annoying her with my basic questions (do you take appointments, estimate for brake repair..etc) I will not be taking my car here. They clearly dont value good customer service.

Super pleased. I took my car in this morning. Pulled up and a guy came running out. Got my car in right away. The alignment was shown to be messed up and they told me I needed to go to dealer due to the way my car is built. They looked at it for free and didnt sell me on anything. They gave me a print out and suggested I take that to dealer so I dont get ripped off with extras. I really appreciate how fast and nice they were. Nice business to have in our neighborhood.

Called in last week to get an estimate on replacing two tires - informed them of my car details, including it being AWD. Had to pay to have the car towed in and then told they would have to replace all four and would not just replace two. Now I have to have it towed back. $250 out of my pocket. I should have listened and avoided them at all costs. Juan really didnt care. Its amazing when you get better service from a wal mart.

My son took his car in for alignment . Gave him the run around that their busy and bring it in the morning. Well Saturday their at 8 sharp first people. Called at 11 to find out whats going on. it will be done in 1 to 2 hours.get their at 1.30 car is out side.go inside they havent done anything. Very very up set will not go to this place again. Also they didnt come out to the car running like the commercials.

Went in to have air valve extensions installed on a motorhome. Jeremiah gave me a quote and stood by it even though they ran into several problems, they completed the job with excellent workmanship! The crew at this store are all very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. They will always be my "go to" store. I would like to thank them again!

As a dealer tech I think this place is garbage. I went to go get a vehicle aligned and this guy quoted me 300+ dollars. He told me all these things were broken. I took the vehicle home and inspect the components and found out nothing was broken. I did the job for free. I dont know how many people fell for that one but be careful out there.

They arent kidding when they say "doing the right thing since 1952". I generally feel like Im getting taken advantage of when visiting any sort of vehicle service center. I was worried of this going into it, but I have to say I dont need to be. They explain what all issues are with the vehicle. My service was wonderful!!

I landed at DIA after a long Business trip to find a flat tire because of a nail. I was able to get to Les Schwab Tire and was greeted as I drove up and they took amazing care of me even though it was nearing closing time. Edgars customer service truly made my day and will I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Weve taken all 4 of our cars here for various things and have always been pleased. Jeremiah is friendly and honest, Nik is a hard worker and does whatever he can to get the job done on time. No one likes to spend a bunch of money on car repairs, but if you find yourself needing to, spend it here, theyll earn it.
