I didnt even have to go into the store to be treated rudely . I called to ask their closing times and if they had a head light for a 2008 Expedition and the gentleman that answered hung up on me , do I thought maybe the call dropped and so I tried again and they just ignored my calls. So what is it that the autozone employees at the green valley ranch branch do because working isnt one of them. Unfortunately I am a costumer with a business account either them but after i chat with their head manager i will be searching to take my account else where. PS AUTOZONE GUY I MAY BE A WOMAN BUT I AN SURE I KNOW MORE ABOUT CARS AND TRUCKS THEN YOU DO !

Usually pretty good. Lines can back up. Recommendations are not always on point but their not mechanics so use your own good judgement. Some guys know there stuff and some dont. Special orders come in on time and Ive always got my notification call. Watch for sales on oil+filter and snag a couple when its your brand.

Some people that work there are cool but this store always seems to sell me the wrong parts/fluids for my car and they have some very very rude employees as well. I prefer orilleys right down the street, way better experiences and helpful employees

My coolant completely ran out of my car so I stopped at Autozone. The guy at the counter was really helpful! He found the correct coolant for my Honda Hybrid and provided me with water and a funnel. I will definitely go back!

Knowledgeable and good guys! I live in the area and shop here frequently. I have only had one problem with a part the entire time going here and they over-nighted the right part and it was there first thing next morning.

Best Autozone in town, if I ever have any questions they will have an answer that will help and that is very usefull when working on your own car. Plus they always have the parts and tools necessary for the job at hand.

Usually anything you need in stock. The staff is helpful, though sometimes they arent as knowledgeable about cars than Id like. However, never had problems with them and service is usually fast.

The staff here is always great and they tend to have the parts I need in stock. I know its a hassle to make them do check engine code scans, but these guys seem happy to do it.
