Im the type of person who looks for reviews. And Im sad that this one didnt have one. If it would have I wouldnt be writing what I am. This hair salon must be filled with brand new students freshly out of cosmetology school. After my horrific chop job I had to stay in the bathroom because I couldnt stop crying.. I went in there with hair almost to my waist and even explained to him that I did want any length gone just a trim with a bang cut. I walked out with shoulder length hair and kindergarten bangs that should have been on a 5 year old.. did I mention im 37. When I called to complain I was told that I would be given a partial refund and to come in to have it fixed by a more advanced hair stylist.. wow at the price of $160 I should have been with that person from the beginning.. so warning dont go here or you will regret it!! I had to charge back thru my bank to get my money back.

Love this salon....I have visited salons in 7 different states and must say the experience with Toni & Guy has been the best, from the courteous staff, the shampoo massages, the professionalism and most of all the Stylist, Your Stylist actually listens to what you want your hair to look like and what you want it to do and guess what they do it….What a concept. You leave this salon with your own identity, because you were part of designing your own hair style, not like other salons where you look like everyone else when you’re finished. The cost, hey you get what you pay for and it is worth every penny.

I went into Toni&Guy with a simple request, "All I want is a full highlight" I didnt want to totally bleach my hair. Well there "color specialists" apparently didnt know what a full highlight was and bleached all my hair to a platinum blonde! After this happened my hair was so fragile that a huge chunk of it broke off in the back and I now have to wear a hat every where, but at work I am not allowed to wear hats so I have to walk around with a chunk of hair at least six inches shorter than the rest of my hair. Do not get your hair done here because they will butcher you!!

I wouldnt go anywhere else to get my hair done!!! They know me by name when I walk in the door!!! Esther, I love her to death! I trust her with my hair which is hard for me to do. I took a jump in cutting all my hair off and was terrified. She was very so sweet in calming all my fears. She also took the time to teach me how to style my hair and provide the products to do so. She even recommended someone else for me to do my hair in the event she is not there. Again, I wont go anywhere else! I highly recommend this location!

Love Toni & Guy at the Promenade Shops! You get what you pay for here-- excellent customer service and attention to detail. The colorists specialize in color, and they really know what they are doing. Nahpi is the best; ask for her! She takes the time to analyze exactly what youre looking for, and the end result is beautiful! The stylists are equally talented--- Shane and Bridgett are our favorites. We walk away happy and feeling beautiful every visit! I highly recommend this salon.

Ive been seeing Bridgette here for several years now. She is absolutely the best. I use to live not far from the salon, but now I commute all the way from Boulder just to see her. She remembers me and what I like and always gives me a style that I love. I can come in and tell her that Im growing my hair out or want to cut it short, and she knows exactly what works for my style and my face shape. Ill continue to come to this Toni&Guy until she leaves.

Do not buy the hype of different levels of skill. Merely an excuse to charge more. I fell for it. I asked for natural looking highlights. Specifically said I didnt like wide chunky look. Got home with wide chunky stripes on the sides and a completely different looking more natural look in the back. Went back. 3 more hours. Now the very top layer is corrected somewhat but if I put my hair up...stripes. $160 wasted. Just terrible.

Some may say prices are high. I say you get what you pay for. I used to get cheap $15 haircuts. My layers were choppy and I still had split ends. Since I started seeing Grace D. at Toni and Guy a year ago, I wonder why I didnt make the switch sooner! This salon has a great atmosphere. My daughter gets her hair colored and cut by Kristen. Her hair looks so beautiful after a trip to see her. She raves about her and says her shampoos and scalp massages are simply amazing. I dont mind spending the extra money for her, because the results are definitely worth it. Id highly recommend this salons, and in particular Kristen to everyone. Shes fabulous!

Excellent salon! Moving to CO from CA I was worried about finding a great salon to maintain my blonde highlights. I found Hannah at Tony & Guy. She has done a great job highlighting my hair right off the bat. That is really hard to find. Someone who gets you a really great blonde color in their first try is pretty fantastic. I would highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a great colorist!

I have been getting my hair colored, cut and styled at T&G for several years. Kristen helped me blend in my natural gray with shades of light brown, honey, and blonde highlights. I dont have anymore harsh contrast when my roots come in. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. Shes great...book with her today! I love this salon and their professional staff.

Took my fiance here for Mothers Day, and called ahead for a price check before I went. I was given a price of $40-75 for a hair color. I dropped her off and come back 4 hours later because they had to do a color correction and they didnt mention that it would then be $180. My fiance was so unhappy with the color that she left crying and we had to pay 3 times what we were told. Not cool.

Poor customer service. Called and made a consultation and was told there was a 4pm appointment. When I arrived I was told that that appointment had been given to someone else. Receptionist was condescending and rude. Tried to give the salon another chance after am overpriced and underwhelming haircut. Salon is not what it was 10 years ago.

Awful experience. Asked for a balayage and they used foils which left my hair not blended and brassy. Hair dresser was not very personable and seemed disinterested. Had to go to ulta and pay another $150 to get my hair fixed so now my hair is damaged from the over processing it took to fix it.
