We had a terrible experience with Team Plumbing and would not recommend them to anyone. Curtis came out to give us a quote, which was very reasonably priced to rough plum the basement for a bathroom. We scheduled him at his earliest convenience, which was 7 weeks out. He called on the morning he was supposed to show up to say that something else "out of his hands" came up and that he would not be able to make it. We rescheduled for a day later that week, and again he cancelled. After waiting an hour on the third day he was scheduled to do the work and didnt show up, I called his cell. His voicemail message said he was not working that day...the day he was supposed to be at our house! I immediately called the main number for Team Plumbing and Brandon apologized and said that they would get another plumber to come out to our house that day. A few hours later, a new plumber showed up, did a walk through for a materials list, and left to go purchase the necessary items. Two hours later, Brandon from Team Plumbing called back to say that the plumber who was at our house that morning quit his job! When I asked who was going to finish our basement and when, Brandon said that they didnt have anyone available to do the work and that we should find another company. Ugh! After waiting a few days to cool down, I was able to speak with Tom the owner of Team Plumbing. Unfortunately, he told me the same story! Curtis who gave us the quote was basically unqualified to do the rough in for the bathroom and that they didnt have anyone else available. Tom did agree to compensate us with the tub that had already been delivered to our house for the hassle and the fact that we were now almost 2 months behind our timeline. Save yourself a headache and find another plumber!

Hired in October 2016 to replace pilot starter on water heater. Saturday, 22 Apr, water pilot went out and would not restart. Called tech on duty and also filled out work request on line. Would not listen to fact that city utilities had already been there, insisted that I go thru restarting procedures. After assuring him that pilot would not lit, was more interested in telling me the price of service call. Agreed to wait until Monday for service. Called Monday, was informed "one" technician was out on an emergency and repairs could not be made til 0800 Wed, 26 Apr. Would not budge, not try to fit into schedule, or make any concessions. To expect a customer to go 96 hours without hot water is unreasonable.

Team Plumbing fixed a garden faucet for my home that was broken from being over tightened. Less than 20 minutes, the broken plastic parts were replaced by brass fixtures and works fantastic. My installer, Brandon, did an excellent job in such a short amount of time. He was professional and courteous. I was happy with the price, Brandon and of course calling on Team Plumbing fot getting the job done right the first time. Maxium stars without question.

Curtis is awesome! Before coming out to fix my water heater he actually took the time to first make sure my gas was turned on and then stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the pilot lighting procedure... TWICE just to be certain. Who does that these days? Turns out that didnt fix it, but wow.... Fantastic above and beyond customer service!!!

Former employee and I can tell you ,, really bad work quailty ,, poorly ran company ,, all there workers are drug addicts and drunks should of saw a red flag the first day but didnt ,, also major employer of illegal imagrants.. would not suggest you hire these guys ,, scammers and swindlers
