I really should write more reviews. I rely on them all the time to help me make decisions but I just never seem to have the time. Well today Im making the time! Pro Power Rooter needs to be recognized for the amazing service they provide. Disaster struck at my house yesterday... Because of tree roots growing into our sewer lines, raw sewage overflowed the toilet and bathtub, flooding the downstairs bathroom and laundry room, and spilling out into the carpeted bedroom. Disgusting! Total nightmare! We had several issues to deal with... and the first was get the roots out of the sewer line. My boyfriend and I thought about renting a machine and doing it ourselves to save some money, but since we still had clean-up and carpet removal to deal with we decided to call a professional. I started looking online for someone to call. After reading lots of reviews I called Pro Power Rooter and talked to Mark, he said he would be at my house asap. He got here quickly and set to work. An hour and a half and several root clumps later our drain was clear. But WAIT. Although he could have been done at that point, Mark decided to add a 40 foot extension because he wasnt convinced it was draining as quickly as it should. Guess what? More root clumps. If he hadnt gone above and beyond the call of duty, our drain-cleaning would have only lasted a couple months. Thank you Mark! Bottom line on Pro Power Rooter? •Excellent service! I wont hesitate to call them again and recommend them to all my friends and family •By FAR the best price in town, •Knowledgeable. Told us a product we could buy at Wal Mart to discourage the roots from growing back into the sewer lines and told us how/when to use it for maximum benefit. Ive been through my fair share of roto-rooter companies and you will not find another rooter/plumbing service in the Springs better than these guys. Even though we still have a mess to deal with inside the house, thanks to Mark at least we dont have to stress about the plumbing.

Last week, we had a major issue with our main sewer line, it seemed like years of root growth just showed up over night. When I called Mark it was 8PM on a Saturday. He arrived at 10PM and got to work right away. We both anticipated about 1-2 hours of work at that point. Due to our homes setback on our property, the sewer pipe is about 200ft+ long. Halfway into the clean-out, Mark realized that he had to put more line into the machine. By that time it was around 11PM. After 2 hours of rooting out the blocked pipe, it was now 1:30AM Sunday morning, Mark still had to go further, the blockage was that severe. He kept going for another hour, at which point he was 200ft into our sewer line with his machine. The blockage still persisted and thats when he started getting onto our roof, to use water pressure to push the blockage down into the citys main sewer. I had given up on the whole thing around 2AM, but he kept saying, that he wouldnt leave until he had it open. Finally, around ! 4AM ! we got line opened up and were able to run all the water we wanted without any more signs of backup. Not only did he work, literally, ALL night long, he also gave me an amazing price for the whole thing. I am so glad that I picked him out of all the Google listings that popped up. The 24/7 Rooter business I called prior to him was not only unfriendly, they also would have easily charged me double the price he did. Thanks again Mark, FANTASTIC work!

Mark came in late on a Sunday night and did a really excellent and thorough job clearing a massive amount of roots from my main sewer line. I asked him to also do a camera inspection because I had just bought the house and was worried about the condition of the service line. He gave me a really good price on those services, and didnt charge me extra when it turned out that he had to go into my crawlspace to access the mainline with the camera (due to a quirk in my toilet drain). And when it turned out that my toilet flange was cracked, he stayed late to repair it. Throughout the whole process he was fantastic about explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. I was able to watch over his shoulder as he worked and did the camera inspection, and he gave me a lot of good advice on how to take care of my drain system. I do most of my own repair and maintenance, so the knowledge of state of my house and the knowledge of how to maintain it are really valuable to me.

Mark, Pro Power Rooter, was a REAL lifesaver last night! He did a service call @ 1 am in the morning (although he had multiple early morning calls already scheduled) after my kitchen sink - in a barely 3 yrs old Keller (COS) home - started draining & pouring water through the floor AC/Heating vent into the main area of a finished basement all over furniture, carpet and gaming systems. He was awesome, friendly, hard-working, professional & informative. He had fair pricing (especially considering the circumstances) and was very respectful!! He was quick to respond (unlike the other companies I contacted who advertised supposedly 24-hr emergency service) once I was referred to him by another plumber from another company, arrived when he promised and gave me great tips about what to do to in avoidance of such an instance happening again inside and outside. I will definitely be referring and going back to him (hopefully not for a long while) in the future!!!!!

Staying at my old home in Colorado Springs was really great but I never expected a troublesome event to happen. I returned home from California to spend vacation here. One night, while watching a movie marathon I went to the toilet and when I was about to flush, I noticed that it wasnt working. I asked my brother if he could fix it but he doesnt know how. It was already around midnight but I still tried calling for a plumbing service. After trying a few calls, only Pro Power Rooter returned my call and I was surprised that they would actually send someone late at night. In my experiences with plumbing companies and with this same kind of blockage problem which is a normal thing, only this company provided me with the most affordable service. And that was on an emergency and on the middle of the night! This company was fast, helpful and gave me excellent service. Whether its at an awkward time, like in my case, they still do their job. Two thumbs up for them.

Mark came to our house on a very wet evening. It was already dark because the service call he had before ours ran longer due to extra difficulties. He came to the door with a smile on his face, got right to business, and in very short order he had the main line open and running again. He also showed me the fairly large root that had plugged up the line and made helpful suggestions on how to possibly avoid potential reoccurrences. Then, he cheerfully handed me a business card, packed his gear, and left everything in order. If you prefer to work with someone who cares about the quality of service, Mark Clark with Pro Power Rooter is your guy. Id give him 6 stars on this review if that was available. And by the way...did I mention his price is more affordable than other services who send out someone who doesnt care?
