I called Drains R Us as I saw water in the floor drain in the basement mechanical room by the furnace and hot water heater. I figured that standing water was a sign of a blockage and that the line would need to be snaked. Arch, the owner, called on his way out and informed me from what I was saying it did not seem like the drain needed to be cleaned out and in fact had a pea trap to keep sewer gases from entering my home through the drain. He walked me though how to test his theory by pouring water down the drain and seeing if the water level returned to the same spot. Sure enough it did! Arch saved me the expense of having him come out. I will call him on any future pluming issues! Thanks for the great service!

This company was great! They came out right away and at a convenient time for our very busy family. Very professional, family owned, and gave a FREE estimate before ever starting work. He made sure he recreated our on again, off again problem with our toilet too. Once he had an idea of what was wrong, he gave us the estimate of best case, worst case. He then tried multiple times to fix the problem rather than immediately taking our toilet off to snake the drain. That saved us money and time which we really appreciated. He then spent time to make sure the toilet was in fact fixed. Ill never think twice before calling the plumber again. This company is fair, honest, and professional! Thanks!!

I called this company about a huge problem I was having at my house, and the service was very friendly, and very reliable. They came out to my house and were very professional, and gave me a FREE estimate before even doing the work! I was worried about having someone come out, because I know normally companies have charges just to come out to my house, but this company did not. They did the work and made sure there were no additional problems, and then they even cleaned up all areas they were around in my house. They are now my only plumbing company! I would recommend them to anyone having any problems at their house!

Best plumber I have ever called! Im a DIY person and I ran into some problems replacing my bathtub spout. I called and he promptly asked me to text him some pictures as he believed he could walk me through the repairs on the phone. After sending the pictures, he immediately called back with all of the info I needed to finish the repairs myself as well as what parts and tools I would need to get. He also offered various price quotes for each aspect of the repair should I want them to come do it. He didnt charge a dime and now I have the knowledge and tools to do it myself!

Came home on Saturday to find water in my basement. Called around to find all the big guys were booked and would take 2 days to get out to me. Called Drains r Us was told a window they would arrive in and would receive a call before they came. Was called at the exact time I was told and Arxh arrived quickly. He looked over everything and gave me a few options. He was though and friendly. Work was done and cleaned up. Also found that he offers a military discount and is a veteran himself. Great company that I will continue to use.

Called on Tuesday night for bathtub that is clogged, the reason i tried to ise their merit is because they are listed for 24 hours service. asked for the same night help, they were not able to come. thats fine! i made an appointment for wednesday between 10AM and NOON, wait, wait, wait and no show up, no call i called in, and the lady said my appointment was on thursday. Wow why would i asked for the same night at the first place if i have to wait for 2 days? Not Reliable!!!

My elderly parents called Arch at Drains R US to clean out the trap in the kitchen sink. He told them that he would have to get on the roof and snake out the whole system. When that didnt solve the problem he cleaned the trap like they originally asked and that solved the problem. He charged them $300! Ripping off the elderly is not good practice for any business.

Charged $350 for a very simple and straightforward rooter job (which consist of bringing the rooter into my house and fishing it down the kitchen drain) I had to have another plumber come and do another rooter job because nick didnt clear the obstruction to begin with and this plumber only charged me $120.
