I bought a house that needed several upgrades with respect to plumbing - new toilets, outside spigots, and a gas line installed to convert cooking to gas. Chris was assigned my projects and did an outstanding job! He picked up the toilets I ordered from a supply house and arrived at the specified times. Chris spent several days working in my house and I appreciated his work ethic. All work was completed and performed professionally. Patty answers the phone and somehow coordinates work, clients and plumbers - I appreciated her assistance as well. I strongly recommend Pro Plumbing in Castle Rock for any of your plumbing needs. They are a great group of people. It is nice to me to have people who live and work in my community who I have the opportunity to support.

I had a crushed sewer line under my basement floor. Pro Plumbing came out immediately and scoped the line and gave me a quote on the spot to fix it at no cost to me. I also had 2 other plumbers come out and look at the job. One would not undertake the major job, the other one showed up asked me to pay $200 for a video of the scoped line (which I refused to pay) and then I had to call this guy back 3 times before he sent me a quote to do the work. His quote was over $13,000. I called in Pro Plumbing a month later, they honored their original quote of $6,400 and got the entire job done in just a few days. I highly recommend this company, and Ill certainly call them back next time I need work done.

I have never used a plumber in Colorado, so I really dont know what pricing is fair. Pro Plumbing sent someone out within 2 hours (this was not an emergency) and the guys they sent were very professional. I had a freeze break in the pipe going to the outside hose bib. They replaced 4" of copper piping and the outside hose bib. This took between 30-40 minutes. They did an excellent job from what I can tell. They charged $333. In talking with a couple of property managers, they thought that was a bit high. It seems steep to me, but I dont have any comparisons as I havent called a plumber in years and never here in Colorado.

Chris came out today when we found a reoccuring wet spot in our basement. He spent more than an hour going through various possibilities to find the problem, both inside and outside of our home. When he diagnosed it and realized that it wasnt a plumbing problem (irrigation problem), he recommended a restoration specialist to take care of the needed cleaning and repair and DIDNT CHARGE me anything! Not even the service fee. I am so impressed, and so thankful to find someone so diligent. I am almost looking forward to having a plumbing problem, since I now know who to call. :) If only they did electric....

Unbelievable service. Patty and Amy are both super nice. I remember Patty distinctly saying that she didnt want anyone to take advantage of me. Chris came out, free of charge, after I had work done by another company to explain my options in a very thorough and helpful manner. I made the mistake of going with Done plumbing because of a coupon. Turns out the parts and labor they wanted to use were $130 more than the work I could have had through PRO plumbing. They knocked it down $90 but I really wish I had just stuck with PRO plumbing. These guys REALLY care about giving you the best service.

Recently, I discovered a water leak under my kitchen sink, which normally I would be able to repair myself. Unfortunately, the tract-builder of my home decided to cut some costs, and installed throughout my house, some cheap plastic hosing and connectors, which I was not about to try and work on. I called Pro Plumbing Services, who came out and quickly fixed and replaced this cheap plumbing configuration that the builder had installed. It hasnt leaked since. Thank goodness for a good, honest locally owned plumbing company, who responded quickly, and repaired only what I needed done.

I recently used Pro Plumbing for the first time. I appreciated Pro Plumbings knowledge, quick service, thoroughness, but most of all the value for what I got. Their rates were far more reasonable than the competitor that I originally contacted. In addition, the tech took the time to talk to me about the issue, even showing me the crack in the part that he replaced. Its important that I can trust the knowledge and pricing of any vendor I use, and of course that they perform high quality work. If (when?) we have future plumbing issues, Pro Plumbing is the company I will call.

Quick, courteous and accurate. I gave them a "LOVED IT" rating, or at least as much as you can love having to call a plumbing company to your home!!! They were fair with their pricing and charged me exactly how they said they would upfront, even though two trips were required to complete the work. The two trips was a matter of the circumstance, not because they were unable to fix the issue the first time. They answered my phone calls, kept me informed and I really felt like I wasnt going through my troubles alone. A++ Pro Plumbing!

Outstanding service! I spoke with Amy in the morning and she was able to get me an appointment right away - even earlier than she originally thought. Chris was great. He was able to quickly diagnosis our plumbing problem and had is taken care of in less than 45 minutes. I called PRO for some "out of the box" A/C work after a couple of other companies declined to give me a quote or claimed that their first appointment was 3 weeks out. I got an appointment 2 days out, and Brian was 5 minutes EARLY! Despite a pretty gnarly back injury and some wicked heat, he got the work done in less than 2 hours. The work was done professionally, and the tech was very friendly. I got a very fair price on the work, AND my house (and wife) are very cool and comfortable now. Thank you, PRO!

We recently had the team at PRO Plumbing in Castle Rock come out to look at our furnace and were very satisfied w/ their professionalism and being on time. We were drawn to them b/c of all their 5 star reviews, so we figured if they had that many previous satisfied customers writing about them, that they would be the type of company that my boyfriend and I would be happy to have in our home.
