I have been using Service Network for several years, mostly out of the fact that I was too lazy to find someone else to maintain my heater and evaporative cooler. I didnt have them do much, just seasonal maintenance. That being said, I had issues several times with this company. Despite the fact that they had been to my house twice a year for five years to do the exact same job, several times they would show up without the proper equipment and have to reschedule. So I went out and bought the proper equipment. Today, the guy they sent did not feel like getting on my roof (two story home). So he left and they had to reschedule. Last year they didnt connect the evaporative cooler correctly and I had water running down my roof for a week. Nevermind, take me off your customer list Service Network. What I asked of you twice a year is not that demanding, yet you managed to screw up and waste my time too much. If you are doing more serious work, look elsewhere. The only big job I had them do was replace my sewage ejector, after looking at the bill and looking at prices on line I learned they charged me 3 times what I could buy the part for down the street.... plus expensive labor!

Service Network Plumbing and Heating was hired to install a furnace in my new home by the previous owners. I have had two quotes to install an A/C unit and both HVAC companies said they did a very poor job installing my furnace. It will now cost me $1,000 more to install an A/C unit because the new HVAC technician has to correct Service Networks mistakes. 1) Installed a furnace that was to big for my home. 2) New furnace is FULL of dirt because of the way it was pulled through my crawlspace. 3) Air supply and air return too small, flue vent is not pitched correctly. 4) Crew left cigarettes, fast food bags, and trash in my crawlspace. They also left sheet metal and the box the furnace came in for me to dispose of. I contacted Service Network last year and it was going to take them 2 weeks to come out to evaluate the mistakes they made. The customer service when I called to complain was very poor. I do not recommend hiring this company for any HVAC, A/C, or plumbing services.

Horrible service. Unfortunately I had no choice as it was under a home warranty but if you do have a choice CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE! Sent an incompetent service man out to diagnose a problem. I knew more than he did about my equipment. They convinced the warranty people to replace my A/C unit (which didnt need replacing and I told the warranty Rep that) but they did it anyway. I have no paperwork on the replacement ("new" unit looks anything but new) and when I asked for paperwork and rebate paperwork for my electric provider I got no response. I have spoken with their office 4 times since and get blown off every time. Being told that the owner, Justin, has to get that paperwork to me. Its been 2 months and still no return call and no paperwork. Please beware of these shysters. Dont believe these 5 star reviews. Wouldnt be surprised if their employees posted those. Impossible for this business to get anything above a one star rating. Buyer beware!

I called Service Netwrok in a bind 2 weeks ago. If coursre, my furnance had stopped working on the coldest night we have had this year. Thank God they were able to come out within an hour. Justin, the owner, showed up at 6 on Friday and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. The charge was ridiculously low and he was super nice. I would definitley recommend them. As a single women, I always feel like Im getting taken advantage of when I call to get hire people. This situation was completely different, I was impressed thoroughly and completly trusted their work. I would highly recommend

Weve been without air conditioning for going on 6 weeks now because of First American Home Warranty. To get it fixed now, were at the mercy of Service Network and well do whatever as my entire family including the dogs sleep in the unfinished basement now to stay cool. Service Network gave us an appointment 6 days out - obviously couldnt care about our situation - and then told us we didnt actually have an appointment because we never confirmed. Seriously? Were desperate! Why would we not confirm. Now they say well have to wait another 9 days.

Service Network installed a furnace in my home under a home warranty. The install seemed to go well until months later an inspection revealed a leak in the gas line due to Improper Installation. My wife, son, and I lived in a home for almost 2 years with a gas leak because of their mistake. I called and emailed the company to try and give them a chance to make it right, but they said they would "have someone call me," and also ignored my email. Shoddy workmanship and no concern with following up on their jobs - use them at your own risk.

Look elsewhere. Incompetent, Ineffective and rude service technician. The tech certified the system as "OK" while clearly there is large refrigerant leak and the compressor is shutting down. We called to politely inform management and identify a path forward towards resolution and the service manager indicated that I should just call another company.

Everyone at Service Network is great. If you guys do something wrong, you stand behind your work. Being “old” it’s hard to find anyone you can trust. I can trust you.

Horrible. From start to finish, every employee is not committed to doing the right thing for the customer. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
