I called this company because of what their website said and paid extra money over one of the 99$ main line cleaning companies. They state on their website they run a camera to determine how long the line is so they know how long to run the machine. I scheduled and paid $160 for a mainline clean. I was at work and my girlfriend assisted getting the worker in. The worker was very friendly and on time. He ran his machine 125ft worth, called it a day and left. No camera was ever ran. I came home took a shower and had flooding again. "At Jake The Snake Drain Cleaning, we get the job done right the first time." False. I called and let them know the problem was still happening and was told he would try to make it out the next day but was busy and had staff not show up. Around 6pm I asked if he was going to make it and was promptly called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, Ran a camera to the max 135ft(I was not present again) and there was no clog up to that point. He then ran his machine and added extension to 145 ft and hit the clog. This was great except he charged another $140. I am giving this 1 star based on principle of not getting what I paid for the first time THEN getting charged a second time for it. I understand this is a rare case of extra-long main line but if the company delivered what they stated they do it would have been discovered the first time and their slogan would have remained true. "At Jake The Snake Drain Cleaning, we get the job done right the first time."

We had ARS out to address a sewer backup. They snaked our line and took a video of it. Told us that there were roots in our sewer main, it was broken and need to be replaced. Their estimate was almost $17,000. I contacted JTS and sent Ken the video ARS had taken. He promptly replied telling us that they could take care of the problem. They came over today, snaked the line and took a new video showing us a nice and clean line. We were very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and advice. If you have a main line backup and dont contact JTS, you are a fool. We will definitely be using JTS for our sewer main maintenance!

Charlie from Jake the Snake arrived late on a Saturday night. He was super friendly, confident, and very good at his job. We had been struggling with our backed up sewer for days with no luck. Charlie was sympathetic and very, very good - he was joined by Ken and they had the work done quickly. They charged us a very affordable price and provided excellent service. I recommend them highly. I thank God that we found such honest and trustworthy plumbers. Its hard to find such good, hard working people these days. We certainly were very lucky to have stumbled across these fantastic plumbers.

Jake the Snake is fantastic for all of your plumbing needs. We had him come by our new house to clean the sewer lines and he is honest, does great work and is very respectful of your home. We had movers in the house at the same time and he was a great sport about it being able to work around them and all of the boxes we had in the house. I would recommend Jake the Snake over the other Denver shops if you need to get lines scoped or cleaned and I can only imagine any other service will be top notch as well.

Ken just left our house and did an outstanding job! He was very friendly and came to our house last min, on a Sunday night, in the middle of the Broncos game! You cant get more convenient than that. His price was very reasonable and he educated us on everything he was doing. He even knew the exact toilet paper that we were using that was causing our problem! Outstanding! Will keep his number and use him again for sure. Very Satisfied :)

His service was excellent!! He was timely, honest, up front and a great price. He came by to give a second oppinion and fixed the problem that another service had told us we would need to dig up the whole yard to replace the main sewer line (that would cost over $30,000). He was honest, up front and knew his stuff and most of all got our sewer/water running again! We will surely use his services again.

Local sanitation district thought we may have blockage into their sewer at the manhole, though we never had a problem before. Ken came out, ran a camera, looked in the manhole, and suggested we just run water to flush out the end of the pipe. Seems to have worked. Would recommend Jake the Snake anytime for their knowledge, honesty, and willingness to work with you.

Ken came in to clean out our lines after the shower backed up. He was on time, priced about $200 below RotoRooters price ( who came by and gave us a quote a few hours before). Ken did a nice job. We will use his snake service from now on.
