My main water line broke today. I made calls trying to find someone to come out so I could get the water turned on at my house before the end of the day. Better Plumbing said they could be there in 1 1/2 hours and never showed up and stopped answering the phone. I should have listened to the previous review.

I had called last week to make an appointment for 6-21-2016. Needless to say, no one showed up and no one called. My son had used them for a sprinkler repair and they did a good job. I am always looking for good trade persons and obviously, they will not be one if they cannot keep an appointment.

They are amazing, showed up the same day I called, completed a big job on time they quoted and did some extra projects for a reasonable price. We were extremely happy with them and they are our plumbers now.
