Shawn did not show up for an emergency call after he said he would be there within a few hours after he finished two other jobs. I called 7 hours later, and he gave a lot of excuses, then claimed that he didnt know he had the appointment, and that he could come out the next morning. I couldnt wait, so I called another plumber out to get the emergency fixed. Shawn called up a little later and stated he wrote the appointment on another page of his calendar, but would still come out that night if needed. Im really disappointed with this type of behavior. Id much rather someone just tell me if they cant do the to job. I can respect that, but not ignored emergency appointments and dubious excuses. Shawn did something like this before when we hired him, way overcharging (4x) for common parts, and not showing up when he promised. He apologized and we gave him another chance this time, but this is the last straw. Not recommended.

Normally, I reserve my reviews for companies that provide bad service, but every once in a while, one comes along that truly deserves recognition for their excellence. Merastone has twice earned that praise. Ive used Merastone twice in the past few years and both times they arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job. I know my way around a toolbox and can tell when someone is doing a good job, or not. These guys did an excellent job of solving the problem and providing quality workmanship. Their bills were less than I had expected. Ive dealt with other service companies and was pleasantly surprised at the excellent work and business ethics demonstrated by these guys. They have earned my highest recommendation.

Ive used Merastone Plumbing multiple times and they have always been completely reliable and professional. Prices have always been great. Ive also referred Merastone to a number of friends who have reported to me the same positive experiences with Shawn and his team.

Best Plumber!! Ive had several plumbers at my house to troubleshoot bad plumbing from previous owners. After 3 plumbers, this one actually found one of the issues. Ive used this plumber for two bathroom installs as well.

Worst company in town, the owner dose not keep his word and this One horse shop is run from owner home. As far as I can tell they only have one goal. Line the owner pockets.
