Hello, I just wanted to give a shout out to "Bruce" who came by our home. He showed up early, and got the clog out of our bedroom bath tub which has been a growing issue for mouths! Rotter Rooter last week came to inspect it and was 3 hours late and wanted to charge $250.00! Bruce finished the job quickly, and cleaned up nicely and made the paper work and process easy! Are Master Bath Tub now runs unclogged, and we can once again enjoy a nice quiet bath after a long days work! Thanks again!

Two stars because they were very polite and professional when making the appointment. Other than that I have nothing to review because they never showed up! Our "window" was 12n-2p (which has become the best us consumers can expect) and we got a call at 2:30p saying they were running late. Well DUH! Then at 3p we got a call saying they wanted to reschedule so that was my experience. Again, two stars for the appointment, nothing else to review as they never showed up.

Bruce came out today to clear my drain not only was he polite he was fast and clean. He did not leave a mess behind I will use RooterNation again for further plumbing needs as well as recommended him to friends and family
