The guy that came was very nice, and he did a great job. We had a rough day. We called a plumber out to fix our upstairs bathtub. The valve wasnt working anymore so we couldnt get cold water. He quoted $370. The poor guy tried and tried to get the bad valve out, and it ended up breaking. He said since it broke he had to go through the wall, cut the whole thing out and soder in a new part all together. It was going to be significantly more. He felt awful. We couldnt turn the main water line back on till it was replaced because it would leak. He worked with us and did it for $500 thankfully, which was a lot less than it would have cost because of the new work he had to do. Unfortunately these things happen, but he was able to work with us on the cost and get us taken care of. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a water leak into our crawl space from a frozen water tap outside. They always pick up the phone and answer your call. No voicemail or well call you back. They responded very quickly and make the repairs. She even guided me to their website to print a coupon to save $50 on the initial service call. Just a few days later we had another small issue and they came out within just a few hours. A valve had some loose most likely from the repairs, he arrived, fixed it in 10 minutes and didnt charge us for the service call. The service technicians are polite and friendly. Courtesy Plumbing and Heating lives up to their name!

Courtesy Plumbing installed a new furnace in my home a year and a half ago. It has worked perfectly ever since. I called them today to ask them to come check it out, just to see if everything was still functioning properly. As I experienced previously, they arrived less than three hours after my call. They made a couple of adjustments, put in a new filter (absolutely no charge), and even cleaned the exterior of the furnace. These guys are supreme furnace experts. I definitely would recommend them to anyone concerned about honesty, professionalism, and quick service.

I am so happy with Courtesy Plumbing and Heating. Our furnace broke down late on a Sunday night. They came out and fixed it for us. He gave us a good deal and really knew what he was doing. We had a different company come out earlier who gave us a quote twice as much without actually telling us what was wrong. Doug Williams was the guy who came. He was so kind and made time to come out late on a Sunday so we would have heat! He took time to explain everything and really show us what our options were. I would recommend them to anyone!

We called Courtesy to diagnose an issue with our garbage disposal. The technician, a nice enough gentleman, told us the disposal was irreparably damaged and that it would cost $598 for a new disposal plus installation. This seemed really high, so after he left, we did a little research and learned that the specific disposal the technician was offering to install costs $139 retail. In other words, they were going to charge us $459 for labor. Beware of Courtesy.

Doug and his partner came out as scheduled and quickly diagnosed and remedied our issues. They were professional, patient, and courteous. I found Courtesy with Yelp! Doug showed up on time and was very courteous. Unfortunately, he couldnt help me with my clogged pipe problem because it took a specialist. It was a misunderstanding with the lady who answered the phone there what my problem was. He gave me two names and numbers for specialists and didnt even charge me the trip charge. I really appreciate the integrity and honesty and I will definitely hold on to their card.

Disappointed in their service. They charge about $100 more than the typical plumber. They miss quote charges and their work is mediocre at best. Courtesy incorrectly installed a whole house humidifier which ended up costing me hundreds in water bill charges. Thankfully they came out to fix their mistake at no charge.
