Worst customer service!! Do not go here! Wife is an authorized user of my credit card, they denied her service because she is not the primary user. I left work to go down and pay for it, they forced me to sign my card, because "C.I.D" and showing my ID is not sufficient.... Do they need a blood sample too?? Overall worst experience ever just trying to ship holiday gifts. Gentleman who was helping us, was 0 help and a complete moron! Please remove him from your staff before you lose more customers.

The worst. Have a package in the mail box that I can not open because they left the wrong key. Just waiting until they decide to bring their asses back out to fix the situation. This place is a absolute joke. The USPS is a complete joke.

I havent gottten any mail for 2 months, including my out of state license plate renewal that i have had sent twice and other legal documents. After several visits and phone calls, the issue has still not been resolved. Worst ever

Worst service ever ! ! ! If you need to apply for a passport be ready to waste over an hour (JUST WAITING TIME) and only if you are lucky you will be able to submit your passport application at this location.
