The reviews are correct, truly. The lady that works there was rude. Then, she helped someone behind me even though my package was ready. I asked her directly why she was being that way to me when I was just simply trying to get through my day as well. She seemed to know her attitude was intentional. It feels as if she is being rude in an unnatural way. I can imagine other people are rude to her all day, and she is just unconsciously mimicking it. I took the time to be kind to her after she somewhat trampled on me. She hurriedly said thank you in a tail between her legs kind of way. Be kind as most people just need kindness.

I have gone to this place a couple times and they have been closed even though their hours say they should have been open for at least 40 min. Several other people who were waiting for the shop to open said they have had this experience too. Its very unprofessional and rude to not be open during their posted hours, especially with no sign saying when it will open again. This place gets two stars rather than one though because last time I made it in, the women behind the counter at the USPS station was very nice and helpful.

soooooo rude, I called to ask someone about mail forwarding and the person I talked to was so condescending about the fact that this isnt "my" post office, even though its in my neighborhood...apparently they dont have mail carriers and this post office is just a "storefront." how the heck am I supposed to know that? also why is there no one at the post office down the street from me that can help me with mail forwarding from my post office box AT THAT LOCATION?

The Post Office Nazi, straight out of Seinfeld. Wouldnt let me bring my bike in, had no lock. Was short 2 cents (yes, 2), wouldnt let it fly. Had a general nasty tone when dealing with customers. I live right next to the place, but would happily bike 2 miles to a real post office in order to avoid it.

This post office/gift store .....my toddler needed to go potty and I asked the owner where her bathroon was. She said "we dont let customers use our bathroom" in a not so nice tone. There are signed everywhere scaring you "ALL SALES FINAL!" " DONT TOUCH" etc. Not a place Boulder is looking for.

Needs more staffing, like most USPS stores these days. For what its worth, I think the staff here are the nicest Ive seen locally. When you look at the idiots that come in to the post office I almost cant blame them for being exasperated with their customers at times.

I literally had to wait in line for over 15 minutes for the ONLY employee there to get off break along with 7 other people behind me. Understaffed and unacceptable. Youre only open 3 hours on a Saturday and you dont have enough staff to cover that shift?!

Worst Post Office ever! Slow, rude, about a third of my mail never shows up and if it does it is days late. And I live on the same street.. I will drive farther and pay more to use UPS or FedEx any day.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I have called multiple times, each time to be hung up on. Just trying to locate a missing package. Seriously such bad customer service!!!
